Best Plumbing Leak Repair in San Diego CA

Our garbage disposal was broken and called them. Joseph and LB came on time, they were super nice and informative. We had kinda fixed it the night before but they still came in to check, took a piece of metal out and fixed the crazy sound we thought was normal for did no even charge us.They are very professional and I highly recommend them! I'll be calling Joseph for my future plumbing issues.

They showed up, we’re on time and professional. We had an emergency on a Sunday (not a cheap visit!!). I was greatful they were available but bummed about possible future cost of repairs…ouch

Robert Miller with Powers Plumbing was sent over the same day I called Powers for help with a clogged bathtub that would not drain. To my surprise, he fixed it in 20 minutes! He was clean cut, extremely polite and professional, took time to clean the area after he finished, and refused to take a tip! Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never call anyone else but Powers Plumbing!

Timely response, with no notice, because I had emergency. Got the job done. I'm hiring them for more specialty work now.

Worst ever customer service and plumbing knowledge. We called them for detecting a leak which had resulted in the floor flooding. The plumber came visited the house and charged us for the visit. The plumber had no clue, he could not detect the source and wrongly advised that the leak was coming from the bathroom upstairs. They charged us $365 for nothing and never send us a report. After multiple follow ups still till date no report has been given. We ended up calling another plumber who very quickly detected the leaking dishwasher at almost $100 cheaper. He also help fixed the leak and helped us with drying company and dishwasher company.I would never use Andersen Plumbing ever again and advise everyone to stay away from them.Subsequent to this review I had a very good follow up from Andersen and they have since rectified their response and have successfully resolved the matter to my satisfaction.Thank you Andersen for prompt followup.

What I appreciated most was my repairs had a unique issue to my houses plumbing and we weren’t exactly sure what to do so Bryan promptly reached out to his colleagues at BHP via video chat on his phone and we got an answer and a solution.

After an initial mix up with our first technician, this company redeemed itself by coming out a second time and corrected the issue. I appreciated the follow up by the manager and phone operators.

We called My Plumber on a Sunday morning because all of our toilets were backing up and water was coming out from the floor from one of them: big crisis.Chris arrived within the hour. After a look around he told us what the problem(s) might be and what solution he had and an estimate of costs. He said it would take a little more prodding to make sure it was in fact what he thought, and if it was OK with us he'd go ahead. The estimate sounded reasonable and everything he said made sense, so ahead he went and had everything up and running in no time (even though he had to take out one of the toilets and redo the seal, etc).Very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy tech; courteous too.A great company with a strong work ethic. They installed new water filters for my whole house system and the RO drinking water. This is by far the best plumbing group in San Diego. Anderson plumbing gave an estimate $350 more !!! You will get knowledgeable, professional service. They are now my plumbers for life!

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

I found Ryan, the plumber, to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. He was on time, in fact even a little early, which is refreshing, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. I would recommend this company highly and I plan to use them again for my next plumbing issue...since there always seems to be one with an older house.

Generally I'm a handy guy. I've got tools, the desire to fix things and enough ADHD to try several different methods until I get a solution to stick.My wife and I bought a new house in July of this year, and unfortunately it had a slow draining kitchen sink. It's always drained, but 3 days before Thanksgiving it decided that it was done being cooperative. I tried snaking the drain, checking the disposal for clogs, and 3 different chemicals- nothing worked. I decided to give colepepper plumbing a chance and they sent Andy at their first available appointment. Right off the bat, I was impressed with him. Andy was professional and kind, and told me exactly what he was doing the entire time. My 2 children were screaming and making a crazy amount of noise, and nothing phased Andy. He had the clog fixed in 20 minutes and was on his way. If he wasn't on the clock I'd have offered him a beer, he did such a good job. Thanks Andy!
