Needed, received a new sewer mainline. Great experience all around. Dealt with several team members throughout process. Kenny managed the process and was highly available, great follow-up and follow-through. We shopped a couple competitors who were fine but not impressive. They did give lower quotes, but Kenny was able to meet us more than halfway and it was evident we were paying a bit more for the most professional, high-quality provider. Very glad we did; they will continue to be our first call for plumbing needs as both property owners and landlords.

Greg from Paws Plumbing arrived, made a quick assessment that the valve was fine and no repair was needed. Even offered to come back and hook up the fridge if Home Depot was hesitant. Truly appreciated.

We decided to install a new water heater last month as there were many issues with our old water heater. So, I called All Star Plumbing & Restoration. Chris came within an hour and assessed the old water heater, and explained our options for repair or upgrade, we chose to upgrade. Chris ensured that our new water heater was safe and efficient for our family. He was very professional. I would definitely recommend their services to my friends, neighbors, and family members.

We hired Rooter Hero Plumbing to install a new water heater and had a few issues with their service. First the plumber arrived 4 hours after our scheduled appointment time. They did not provide updates on the arrival time after he missed the appointment and we had to contact them several times and beg for an update on when the plumber would arrive. The second issue is that we asked them in advance of the appointment if the water heater we were planning to purchase would be appropriate and without looking at the specifics they told us it would be “ok”. When they plumber arrived we found out that the water heater required all new plumbing and electrical work and a much higher installation price to make it “ok”. If they had paid attention to the specifics we could have easily purchased a different water heater. Do not rely on Rooter Hero Plumbing for on time service or honest plumbing advice.

From the moment Ryan answered the phone (on the first ring), my experience with APG was fabulous. Ryan was helpful, competent, and friendly, letting me know they could come out this afternoon. I received texts throughout the morning, updating me on my estimated appt timeframe (within 30 minutes, mind you, not the we'll be there between 8am and 8pm stuff), and also a text letting me know when they were on the way to my place.Garrett, the service manager, showed up right on time. He was extremely professional, friendly, careful, and informative. With some initial examination and troubleshooting, he was able to get the drain moving faster. But he did advise me that, unfortunately, the problem wouldn't be completely resolved as there was likely a larger underlying issue with a broken or fractured pipe inside the wall. As such, he wrote up detailed notes on recommendations for moving forward for me to pass along to my landlord. When I asked him how much for the service call, he said zero -- since he wasn't able to fully eliminate the problem, there was no charge. Every other place I've ever worked with charges a flat fee just for the service call. Incredible!It's obvious to me that APG operates on straightforward, honest, and ethical business practices and that their reputation is very important to them. I would give them the highest recommendation for customer service, quality, and competency.

Dave was friendly and professional. The faucet had a lot of buildup due to the San Diego hard water. Dave was patient and persistent and was able to replace the hot and cold cartridges without needing special tools.The whole process went well. Thanks Dave!

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

We used another service for years and they sent out a bad tech that didn't know what he was doing. We heard an add for Colepepper Plumbing on 760 sports radio and decided to try them. They sent Scott out within the hour and it was fixed in an hour. The other plumber had been out three times in 3 days and it still was not fixed. I have terminal cancer and we have out of town guests visiting. No toilet or shower for 3 days. It's nice to have someone you can trust to do a good job and not take advantage of you. He was personable and knowledgeable. They will be our new go to plumber. So glad we found them.
