I got a ac/furnace quote. In the quote They charged for asbestos removal as sales person was sure there was asbestos- but a different company checked and it was negative for asbestos. That would have been $1,000 for nothing.

Made extra effort to get someone out tonight for our emergency drain issue. Gill was very friendly, thorough, clear about the issue, and efficient. Best part was their very low dispatch fee w/credit if service done. Final price was barely more than another place quoted for emergency dispatch alone! So glad we've found a new plumbing company!!!

I hired this company because they have good Yelp reviews. However, I over-trusted them and I should ask more questions and details before I hired them. Overall, what I got form this company is: completed work not what I was expecting, high price and TBD warranty. Be careful of this company and please read not only good reviews but also negative ones. The most unsatisfactory part was I paid something I was not expecting. The only reason I was going to hire a licensed plumber was to replace rusted toilet flange. I didn’t have tools and enough knowledge to remove the rusted toilet flange properly. When I called, I explained with receptionist what I need. She told me their technicians need check it and give me a quote because there are many different types of infrastructure. It did make sense. When the technician came in, he gave me a quote. For replacing flange, it was $225. Including toilet and new angle stop installation, total was $600. Actually, replacing flange is the only work I really need from them, and for the rest of job I can do it by myself. But I thought technician already drove from far away to my home, I didn’t mind paying him extra to complete everything. However, later I realized he just put new flange on the top of rusted old flange without removing it. I already did some research. The way he did worked but it was not what I wanted. It was easy and quick for him but it may cause some problems for me later. If I like this solution, I can do it by myself and no reason hiring a licensed plumber drilled 4 screws down and charged me $225. I argued that with him a little bit. Since he already started, I just let him finish the job and pay him. With discount, I have been charged $560 not including removing and hauling away toilets.Overall, on my case, I feel they charge everything they can, not took care of job from customer’s point of view and overlooked customers asked for.The funny thing was the technician told me I need pay $25 to use their parts to make sure I can get covered by their warranty. Actually, I already purchased these parts by then, but I still decided to buy from them. After job done, I asked him how long of the warranty is, he told me 30 days because I purchased toilet by myself. After I questioned about it and wanted to call their customer service, he told me he can offer 1 year warranty to me.Since I have other 3 toilets I need replace, I call different licensed plumbers including Homedepot contractor services. The quote is from $199 to $260 including removing and hauling away of old toilet, adding new flange over old one, and installing new customer supplied toilet

No one wants to need to call a plumber with an emergency, but if you do, Black Mountain Plumbing is fantastic. They are so pleasant on the phone and Daniel was excellent in person. Explained alternative options and was just all around a great person to have around. Thank you!

It's easy to write a great review about Plumbing Tree. It's also easy to write too much! But we'll try to summarize. We have used this company pretty much since it began. At three different locations. With different challenges. Different degrees of difficulty. But always...same results: Jobs done. Jobs done well. For reasonable rates. This is a company that reflects the ethics and philosophy of its founder: Yes, it is OK to make money, but not until you FIRST make sure you have taken care of the customer. In our experience, Plumbing Tree accomplishes this in several ways: First, before a representative comes out, they ask important questions, and request photos or documentation that can help them solve the problems BEFORE they even step inside your home. Second, the individuals who represent the company also represent the company's philosophy; this means that they, too, arrive not looking for more work, they arrive looking for ways to fix the problems, and to work efficiently and effectively. Finally, they suggest alternative solutions that--get this--won't tack on more time or more cost...but achieve just the opposite: they attempt to find ways to make you happy in less time, for less money. When we first used Plumbing Tree those many years ago, at the end of my review I wrote something like this, This company is going to get big. Get in on the ground floor. I was right. It has grown...but it hasn't outgrown that core philosophy. Use them!
