Andrew and Alex arrived at the time specified by the answering service and they were quick, efficient, and honest. They pulled roots from my mainline between my home and the clean-out, just as has had to be been done in the past. They didn't try to upsell me on any services and charged me the special rate of $69. Tenants called and said we had a clogged drain pipe that was due to a grading issue stated by the plumber they had come out. So I called Bill Howe for a second opinion since they first guy wanted 3,500$ to fix. Saul came out who has been to the house before and actually scoped the pipe to find out it was not a grading issue but a clog that was cause by feminine hygiene products. He recommended hydro jetting the pipes and check the drainage himself to see if it was indeed a grading issue which it wasn’t. The pipe was cleared and no issues since. saved me thousands, love the honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend Saul from Bill Howe.

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

We had an emergency plumbing issue at our very fast paced Veterinary hospital and they were able to come out within 2 hours and get us back up and running! Guys were super nice and very professional! Will be using them again for our plumbing needs!

Fantastic first experience. Arrived on time, technician (Beecher) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Hoping to work with him on the install of a gas water heater after discussing several possible options.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

Ryan is great; I wouldn’t use anyone else. He does good work and stands by it, he’s quick to respond and his system of keeping you posted by text is efficient and helpful. He was on time to the minute and had all the parts he needed for the job. Highest recommendation.

Colepepper Services are highly responsive and professional. I highly recommend their services. I received a call from my tenant who rents my home in Scripps Ranch. They stated the air conditioner was not working properly. The tile floor was ice cold in a few locations. Jared, the technician at Colepepper Services came out the same day to inspect and repair the air conditioner. He called me with electrical issues as well, that needed attention. He went above and beyond, not only did he service the air conditioner with refrigerant and sealant, but ensured the voltage regular was properly cleaned and installed. He also took photos of the work since I was long distance. He found a few more electrical items that were neglected all for one reasonable price! He offered a $50 coupon off for the work as well. A job well done!
