Anderson Plumbing’s Loren Danielson was great. He was kind and truly professional. He solved my plumbing problem by using multiple methods.

The problem we had with our toilet, water intake valve, and drain line at our condo was complicated. Devin and his team spent many hours replacing the faulty components and clearing the drain lines. They were very professional and patient.

The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Henry (Manager) and his team (Victor and others) diagnosed and corrected a difficult plumbing and drain line (internal/external) problem in/at my mother's home. The problem (sewage back up from a non-draining toilet) started on a Saturday. We called and the crew responded. Henry's crew stopped the back-up leak. Then, the crew diagnosed the problem--i.e. the drain line from the house to the street was restricted in numerous spots with grout or mortar from original installation. Henry strategized and then implemented the least expensive approaches to cleaning out the debris from the drain line. It was not a simple roto-root and gone fix. It required a jetter then a descaler followed by a jetter. Henry explained the strategy and process to us step-by-step. With this strategy we avoided a big-dig (excavate and replace old line) repair and expense. The process took several days and involved different teams and tools. But it was a success. The work is warranted. We are grateful. We are thankful. -ak

I had a wonderful experience with installation of my new tankless water heater. After reading the other positive reviews I expected great service but it was even better than I had hoped. Within a day of my call, I had a new water heater that was the perfect size for our needs. I highly recommend this company.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.

Had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday (4 hour window) and they called me right at the 4 hour mark to let me know they were running late. I told them no problem and if it was easier for them I’d be happy to reschedule for another day, which they accepted because they were so behind. I told them if I rescheduled for another day I wanted a 2 hour window because I didn’t want to waste another day waiting. The nice gentleman said he would definitely make a note of that and really make sure to do that for me because I was so kind to reschedule.Sure enough 4 hours later still hadn’t heard anything. I wasted 2 days waiting around for them, so I cancelled my appointment and went with another company. If you are too busy, it’s best to be honest with your customers and schedule accordingly.
