Best Plumbing Install in San Diego CA

My room was flooded. I tried calling many plumbing companies in San Diego, but most of them did not give a free estimate and were not available for a few days. When I called Discount Plumbing, Victor and Kenny came less than an hour with a free estimate even though this happened on Father's Day. They walked me through everything and answer a million of my questions. They helped file my insurance claim and connected me with the right people with non-related plumbing work. This was my first leaking issue so I was worried, anxious and everything combined. Victor and Kenny made me feel at ease and walked me through everything I need to know. They were very caring and honest about their work. I really appreciated them. With the quickest service and a great price, I would recommend. I will be calling them in the future if I need anymore plumbing work.

Alex Rojas was a champ. He was patient and courteous as he unclogged my sewer main. He answered all my questions and gave thorough explanations of what he was doing. I will definitely ask for him next time I use team rooter. Thanks!

I called them for an estimate for work I need to have done. The technician came out and looked at everything. He seemed to be knowledgeable and was courteous and professional. However, I have not yet received a bid, so I don’t know if I will use their services.

DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DO ANY WORK FOR YOU!!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! My husband works fot Mr. Rooter in another state (more than 10 yrs). I am visiting my mom in San Marcos. We called Mr.Rooter and had Jose come out to change a water filter. That takes 30min. to change. We know that they could have charged us $115.00 for a diagnostic test. NO THEY CHARGED $255.00. The price should never been over $100, but would have paid it at $115. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!!! THEY PRICE GOUGE!!! My husband ALWAYS charges accordingly and JOSE you should be a shamed of yourself for being greedy and price gouging!! IT IS DISGUSTING!!!! YOU should always take care of your people, do you know how many referrals my husband has. He is a master plumber and has NEEVER EVER over charged. I AM disgusted in Jose and have LOST my TRUST IN this company in San Diego!!!We called several other places and our water filter and it is around $80.00!!!!!?

My two toilets upstairs had been slowly dripping from the fill valves and running constantly. I assumed the valves needed to be replaced. When Greg showed up this morning (on-time and wearing a mask) he quickly discovered that it was probably a water pressure issue more than a valve issue. He checked the water pressure and discovered it was extremely high. He explained the reasons why very clearly and told me what needed to be done to fix. He completed all the repairs and water pressure is at a normal level now. I highly recommend Greg and Paws for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

Best experience I could’ve wanted under bad circumstances! My water heater had an emergent, significant leak that needed emergency servicing when I couldn’t find anyone else to help. Jon and Ty really saved the day. They worked very quickly to stop the leaks, remove the old heater and install a high quality new heater. It took them just a few hours from start to finish. They also work with a repair/construction company that is handling the remodeling of drywall and floors for water damage to my house. Everything has been so streamlined and easy. Thank you for not only fixing my problems, but leaving the house better off than it was before.

I had setup an appointment with Rooter Hero plumbing for 9 am on 10/19/2022, to come and look at a plumbing issue. I even received an email from them that the appointment was confirmed.At 9:30, the technician still had not showed up. I called Rooter Hero plumbing. The guy who picked up the phone was pretty rude, and told me that the technician will be there between 9 am and 11 am. So, I should wait.Nobody arrived until 11 am. After 11 am, Rooter Hero plumbing called me, but I was not able to pick up the phone. Later in the afternoon, when I called them back, the guy on the phone tells me that they had called me at 11 am to confirm my appointment and confirm the time that a technician can come out to my home. Not only did they stood me up on an appointment, the guy on the phone was very condescending - as if it was my fault all along.I simply don't understand how these guys operate. Very condescending - their representatives on the phone act as if they don't need customers. Save yourself some time and find another plumbing service.

Timely, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Very communicative about the issue they were facing and how to address. Clean and precise, in other words, didnt leave a mess behind for the homeowner to take care of.

Roto-Rooter sent Doug to the rescue and it was by far the best house-call I’ve had in many tears. My rambunctious kids broke a toilet and Doug diagnosed removed and replaced it with a new one in record time. He has professional and courteous. He told great stories, and worked fast. He cleaned as he went and taught me more about toilets and plumbing than I ever had a right to know. If I ever have a plumbing issue Doug is my guy! Best service ever and pretty reasonable.
