Great service, prompt, and professional. Set a same-day appointment for an emergency bathroom sink issue. My girlfriend dropped a family heirloom down the sink and we weren't able to get to it with our own tools.Joseph showed up on time for our appointment and made sure we secured the ring. He was very friendly and ran the sink through tests to make sure everything was put back together and good to go. Eric arrived early for appointment, which was great! He explained what he was going to and gave a price quote. Fixed the leak and cleaned up the area. Did t need to replace the water heater which saved me lots of $$$$

Technician showed up an hour and 15 minutes later than set an expected which caused us to stress out because at 4:30 it’s double the fee per hour. Once he was here he did a decent job and I noticed later on the charges there was a charge for a bowl wax which I had to have already and only cost me six bucks at Home Depot he charge me 8.69and then listed other Supplies which absolutely none were used because I had my own bolts and nuts to refasten the toilet and so there was an overcharge there for supplies about 20. Bucks. I feel David was a but dishonest, in the extra charge.

Victor helped us choose the right water heater for our needs. He then installed the heater making sure we understood what was being done. He was very professional and helpful. Bill Howe Plumbing is the very best in San Diego. They responded within minutes to my online request for an appointment. It was set for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. The plumber phoned to let me know when he was on the way to my home. He was on time, was cordial and installed my new bathroom faucet and new stainless steel risers. I had the 10% discount coupon from their web site. The total invoice was very reasonable. They are always professional and their customer service is outstanding.

I came across All Star Plumbing & Restoration through review only and decided to give them a call to fix the slab leak. They promptly answered my call and gave a reasonable quote. They detected the slab leak quickly and suggested what should be done. They rerouted the water pipe through the attic and wall and fixed the slab leak the same day. They rechecked the leak and verified that there is no other leaks. We are really grateful to All Star Plumbing & Restoration for their excellent service.

Being the nosy neighbor I am, I saw Aaron finishing up a job next door and I stopped him to ask a few questions about their services. He was polite and courteous and answered all my questions. We just started remodeling our home and thanks to Arron’s excellent customer service I know who to call when we get ready to upgrade our plumbing. He explained how easy it was to get an estimate and after my neighbor told me how quick and through he was at her home I am only going to use Rooter Hero from here on out.

Ryan made a quote over the phone based on pictures which was very fair, he was on time and the work was easier than expected so he charged me less than the original quote.He came back multiple times to check for leaks after the joints cured for enough time.He's extremely professional and reasonable. I will call and use him for any plumbing job I have in the future. I've already called him back for another job

I called EZ Plumbing USA through their website for fixing a pipe leak. The kitchen pipe had an undetected leak due to which it would drip 24/7 but I didn’t know the source. Their plumber instantly identified it. The leak was big. I thought he may ask me to change the pipeline but he didn’t. He only replaced the pipe and fixed the other parts as well. I appreciate his hard work. You should try them if you need a plumber in Orange County.

Excellent service and very responsive.

I have used this company twice in the past two weeks, once for clogged drains in the other for an issue with a hot water heater. Both times Leon came to the house and was very responsive to questions and explain things well. Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of a plumber but this company seems to respond quickly.
