We recently moved into a home and shortly after the kitchen sink backed up, and with 3 kids, the kitchen is always busy. We needed it fixed immediately!!Alex R. from Team Rooter showed up right on time and was extremely polite and professional for both of the visits. Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

Our upstairs shower had a clogged drain, so I called Rooter Hero based off of a flyer I received in the mail. Aaron was so professional and friendly. He did a great job of informing me of what the issue was and his plans to resolve. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service we received today. I will request him personally if we have any future needs.

Max arrived at our residence as scheduled initially explained what he would do to identify the unknown location of our water leak. He prepped the work area and it was determine that he would open a section of the ceiling. Within minutes he identified the leak and informed us of his suggestion for repair. Upon completion of the repair he returned the work area back to it’s original conditional. He was very professional at all times and the knowledge of craft was unquestionable. There wasn’t a negative sign to the entire visit. I would recommend Turnkey Plumbing without reservation. Thank you again, Max.

Had to replace our electric water heater. Got a crazy high quote from a competitor. Christian came and did a great job installing the new water heater. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. I would have no problem recommending these guys.

My attempt at replacing the clogged shower and tub fixtures in my bathroom started off well until I cut the pipe from the wall too short and got myself into trouble. I called Exodus Plumbing and they scheduled a same day visit 2 hours later to inspect and provide a free estimate. Pricing was extremely reasonable, most other plumbers out there are trying to take you for a ride. Mauricio showed up and was up to the challenge - within minutes he was sweat soldering couplings and fitting a new diverter spout. He is going to be my go to guy anytime I need anything in the future. I highly recommend you call Exodus for your plumbing needs.

I had a water leak in the crawl space under my house during the rainy season so I didn't see it on the ground or driveway due to the rain water. Once I discovered it I had them come out that day. It was a weekend so there was an extra charge, however, during our severe drought and with the price of our water it was worth the extra expense. Pablo came out, got it fixed, and asked me probably 3 times if I had any questions. When was the last time you had a plumber ask you if you had any questions? I highly recommend Fox Plumbing. While you may not see commercials for them on TV remember that the customer is actually paying for those commercials.

Sal and his assistant came to my house an hour from my calling for a broken water heater that flooded my garage. They replaced it same day. These two were amazing and the timing was nothing short of surreal. Thank you!!!!!!

I just got my ancient sewer pipe replaced by this company. They are very lucky to have wonderful employees. Robin was so neat, courteous, helpful & competent. Carlos & Robin were such hard workers, too. Isai got me a good, fair deal & showed & explained the process to me every step of the way. They were very good about keeping & leaving things safe & tidy. I would definitely recommend them!
