Looking for someone to trust and do a honest job can be challenging. Knowing that companies who advertise to keep their business on the top of searches always makes me wonder Who's paying for that advertising . We've used Rob's Electrical numerous times now. We had them do various things, from installing new exterior light fixtures in an apartment complex, to diagnosing why a light doesn't work. Rob is easy to get a hold of and communicate with.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff - Jerry and Rico. We had the initial installation done and had some issues with the fan but the company happily came back out to inspect it and we determined it was a manufacturer issue. I will be calling them again for the subsequent jobs.

Kevin was great! I called him up after seeing he had some good reviews, and he was able to come by that same day to help me trouble-shoot an electrical short that was causing my breaker to pop and had left me without overhead lights. Even after it was clear that the house needed some extensive electrical work done, he didn’t want to leave me without lights or at least an answer as to what was causing the short, so he stayed until he had isolated exactly where it was happening and could recommend the right way to get it repaired. He charged his flat-rate for trouble-shooting despite all the time it took to track down the issue. My landlord ended up having Kevin come back to do a bunch more of the electrical work he had noted needed to be done. Kevin was super honest and fair- I will definitely keep him in mind for any future electrical work.

They have a few locations and even though I called the one closest to me, not having anyone available same day, they dispatched a electrician from one of the other locations. I had contacted Eugene because of a beeping smoke alarm. He asked all of the right questions, quoted me a price and scheduled a time for later that afternoon. He showed up promptly, went to work and was done in about an hour or less. He was very professional and efficient - I will call him and would recommend him gladly.
