I booked Core Plumbing due to a clogged kitchen sink and a leaky laundry drain pipe. In the end, I also had them installed a water heater thermal Expansion tank and fix a rough pipe for my laundry and dryer. They are very responsive. They clearly explain the problem, the work needed to fix it, and the cost. It shows that they take pride in their workmanship because when they accidentally damaged my laundry sink, they returned to install an upgraded and brand new laundry sink. They earned my trust and my highest recommendation for any plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done!

Ronnie did a fantastic job rebuilding my toilet. It was a tricky old toilet that required some skill and improvisation but he was up for the challenge. He was friendly and I felt safe with him in my home. tSalvador was actually early when he came to fix my clogged drain. He called before he came, he was professional the whole way through. He demonstrated excellent customer service. He was flexible in dealing with our 100+ yr old house. We have used this company twice and were very happy with both plumbers.

Well we waited from 9-12 but he didn’t show up. We got a call after 12 saying he was running late. Then we waited from 2-5 this afternoon and he didn’t show up. No phone call no nothing. Very poor customer service.

Brett and his team was fantastic. They kept us in the loop, worked quickly and did everything they could to help explain to us what was going on and fix the problem quickly. I was so frustrated with our outcome but Brett put our minds at ease and reassured us we were doing the correct procedure. We had tried to get our Hansgrohe shower temperature regulator fixed for over a week with no success. Either the companies we called did not work on that type of system or more than anything never returned our calls. The Colepepper technician (Sean S.) assigned to our call not only knew exactly what we were talking about but knew where it was purchased. Sean came out the same day we called, assessed the issue, ordered the parts and came back first thing the next morning and fixed it. Boom!!! Good to go. We will definitely call Colepepper the first time, next time.
