My kitchen sink was clogged and Tyair R. was able to unclog it . He was very professional, respectful and answered all my questions. I have used Bill Howe twice now (replaced my toilet last year) and have been happy with their services . They wear a mask to follow Covid guidelines and minimize contact . Be very careful! A neighbor recommended All Star Plumbing to me.When my house had a slab leak I called them. Because of the neighbor's recommendation and preferring to pay my money to local businessmen, I just went with them and got few other quotes. A plumber came the next day and did the job but I witnessed a couple red flags: They were 2 hours late for both the leak detection and repair appointments, despite being scheduled the first customer for day of repair, plumber had no juice in any of his handheld tools, plumber and helper took smoke break every 20 minutes, clean up was minimal, plumber's helper played video slots on cell phone the whole time. Worse, the repair job caused an adjacent pipe to leak a few days afterwards. Called the plumber back and the plumber said that my 30 year old house had old copper pipes and not his fault. I believed it may have been due to weak power tools not having enough torque to do a clean cut on the pipes. And to cap it all off, when I got my bill, All Star plumbing's name was not on it. It was a company based in temecula. I asked the plumber why and he said that All star plumbing is not his employer and stated, They are only a distributor. Waited a couple months before I reviewed to make sure repair job was holding up. So far the two repairs are holding up but the whole process was a nightmare.Edit to review after owner's response: I don't want to get anybody fired. Just very disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that a third party company was being sent to my house. Repairs are made, bills was paid. Honest review.

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .

APG provided on-time service and excellent installation. Pricing was reasonable and work completed on-time.

We busted our main water line from the street over the weekend and called Emory based on positive past experience replacing our gas lines. On Saturday evening, Jose was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He had to pick up some extra parts and returned to complete the job to restore our water in under two hours from when we called. Great turnaround time, up front about costs, and great service. We felt comfortable with Emory despite what could have been a crisis over the weekend. Look forward to working together in the future.
