They count on you being stupid. Omar quoted me $295.00 to replace a plastic pvc pipe fitting. Forget these guys. They count on your stupidity. If you're not stupid, call someone else.

A sump pump in a basement toilet had been had been malfunctioning and giving off odors indicating possible leakage. But there was not an obvious leak and the pump/tank through a cabinet to a vault below the floor. Bill Howe team members were very careful to assess the problem and explain exactly what was needed. They were very careful to minimize the need to alter the cabinetry to install the new equipment. I really appreciated their focus on getting things exactly right rather than rushing just to get done. I’ll be calling Bill Howe for any future plumbing needs.

Outrage - called for simple pipe cut and move- they sent a kid in a shirt - a real plumber who told the kid what to do and the kid had to call someone for a price- 3800 for a 10 min job.

John and Tyler came to inspect a water stain on the ceiling that eventually started to leak (slow leak). They inspected, conducted tests to determine source and extent of leak. They were truthful and thorough in their assessment. They gave helpful recommendations. The service fee was just, they cleaned up the work area nicely. I highly recommend their services!

I hired Rooter Hero to replace hot and cold water shut off valves for the washing machine. Hot water shut off valve had been leaking, I had pleasure working with Brandon. He arrived on time.
