My first interaction with this company, and I had a great experience. I had a plumbing issue at my condo so I reached out to their customer service late one night. I expected to hear back the next day. To my surprise, I received a response within the hour even if it was after work hours. And when I texted back close to midnight, their customer service rep Natalia was on top of things even that late at night. She had me scheduled in for the next day, and as scheduled the owner Devin showed up at my condo on time. He was thorough and professional and really took the time to address the issue. He even took time out to call services that he didn’t provide from a third party company because I needed them. Overall, great experience with an honest company.

Found my water heater leaking on a Saturday afternoon. After much negotiation with others at home and working out plans and finances, I ended up making final arrangements at 9pm with Bill Howe. Micheal called me at 8am on Sunday morning and was at my house with a new water heater by 9:15am. Total pro and did excellent work. I am extremely happy with the result. Price is absolutely fair and came in under original quote. Updated us to a number of code items I wasn’t aware of, and did the removal and install in a speedy and clean process. No one wants to find their water heater flooding their garage, but this whole process went very smoothly. I like that the company texts you the name and contact info of the technician (along with a picture) ahead of time. Very professional and high quality. Would definitely recommend in the future.

This has been the best plumbing experience. I live in San Diego and needed a quick fix for my toilet. I was able to call in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Charlie was extremely polite and professional San Diego plumber. I ended up having a dog toy stuck in my toilet. After a quick 10 mins my problem was solved. Ascend came out and performed a sewer scope and locate for us. They were fast, professional and tidy. I would highly recommend them, and I will use them again for any plumbing work I need.

Jorge did an excellent job, coming on time, calling before his appointment, explaining all he had to do and the price involved and doing a meticulous cleanup after. We had a clogged sink drain which prevented the use of both the insinkerator and the dishwasher, needing a more thorough clean out with a jetter and a scope rather than just a snake. We are very pleased with the quality and outcome.
