Selected this business at random from the many internet plumbing/drain fixing websites. Virtually all of them used the same template for information and setting appointments. This was the first company that responded to my inquiry at 10:30pm for my drain to be fixed the next day. I had an appointment booked within a few minutes and followed up by an acknowledgment from them. Two men worked here for about two hours very professionally. The price was very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.------------

Core plumber (Tony) came to assess severe leaks around our outdoor built-in grill/island. He was able to assess the problem, isolate and shut off the leak around the island, and replace a damaged flow regulator potentially preventing indoor flooding/leaking.

You can always count on Anderson PHA to do the job correctly the first time. Our technician, Dave, performed the annual inspection and servicing of our recently installed furnace. At the end, he provided a detailed report of the tests and measurements he performed. He took the extra time to answer all of my questions and even repaired a leak on the hot water vent on my roof. Just like all other Anderson employees, Dave left the area cleaner than he found it. I joined the Anderson VIP program and found it to be financially beneficial in keeping my furnace, hot water heater, and plumbing in good working order.

We had three estimates scheduled for someone to fix our leaky sinks. Elite Rooter was the only one able to come out the day we wanted which was Saturday. Memo showed up and checked out our sinks and he factored in the senior discount before giving us the estimate. He was so professional, polite, friendly and kind that we decided to cancel the other two estimates and go with Elite Rooter. We are so incredibly glad we did!!! Memo was the best! He finished the job in no time and left our house without any signs that plumbing repairs had been done there. I highly recommend Memo and Elite Rooter if you are in need of a plumber.

Once again, I called upon my favorite repair company, Bill Howe. This is totally unsolicited.Just wouldn't be an old homeowner without these guys. Just finished having my gas lines replaced, my furnace duct work replaced, and this time, now had to have my corroded out and patched sewer line replaced. All repairs were at my request. Never any pressure to act on estimates. Work always done efficiently, time lines met, quality products and happy employees. Never have had to call them back on a job. They will continue to be my go-to company. May not be the cheapest, but have learned over 30 years of owning this house, you get what you pay for. They are fair priced. I like companies where the employees are proud of the company they work for. Shows in their work.

I have worked with their teams every year for a plumbing inspection and HVAC maintenance. Every time they offer prompt services with the latest plumbing equipment and tools. They have always been reliable and responsive. This time, I called them for plumbing repairs. They suggested replacing the damaged pipes so I could avoid frequent repairs. Great work!

Calvin Pritchett showed up 15 minutes early which was appreciated to install a garbage disposal. A simply garbage disposal removal and install a new one I'd already purchased. Seems simply yet still took about 10 minutes to come up with a quite. They wanted $447 to remove my old one and install the new. Should only take about an hour. Calvin was nice and polite but for such an outlandish quotes I simply told him no. He called his boss supposedly to check on a better price and the answer was a firm No. Also no discount was offered as a senior.

I am extremely happy with this Roto Rooter business. Raul quickly determined the cause of my leaky shower faucet and fixed the problem immediately. My shower faucet now works better than it ever did. He was professional, friendly, and punctual. I will definitely utilize their services the next time I am in need.

I called for service because a recirculating pump was putting hot water in the cold line so that hot water was coming out the cold side. The guy poked around and talked for about 30 minutes with no resolution and he was scratching his head. He said, I like challenges. They make me think. So much if my job is routine but this is a riddle. A riddle that went unsolved and cost me $110. For nothing but a lot of wasted time.

I had a really good experience with this company. I was trying to save money on getting a new toilet installed. They were the best price I found after calling 4 other companies. But wait there's more. With a good price also came good service! Which is kinda hard to find. The service technician didn't drag out the appointment, he was very informative, and left my bathroom better than he found it. I definitely will be using them again!!!!!!!

Best plumbing experience I ever had with a plumbing company in Orange County. EZ Plumbing USA helped me identify the hidden leak in the drain pipe. They detected the source without disturbing the system. Their plumber sensed water pressure and noise then used advanced equipment to finally detect the leak. He fixed the leak after identifying the source and without breaking anything. I admire his expertise and knowledge. I do suggest you take their help!!!!

We had a water leak under the toilet. I called other companies and got little to no response. I called Exodus and they picked up immediately. Mauricio came over within the time given and fixed our toilet. Excellent service and a fair price plus friendly staff. Overall, highly recommended.

Great experience! Had a leak in my tub that almost floods the entire house. Promax came in fast, gave us a fair estimate and got it done on time and on budget. First time using but not the last. Highly recommended!
