Kitchen drain issue that my usual drain company couldn’t get to. I received quick response to my yelp quote request, called to confirm timing and the Joseph arrived right on time or earlier after calling to say he was nearby. Recommended a flushing rather than just snake, and knowing a little about houses and plumbing agreed. Price was probably average, but a 3 year guarantee is fantastic! Joseph kept the place clean - even laying the rug down after moving things from under the sink - wore booties on shoes- a very good thing compared to many a plumber I’ve dealt with over the years. Likely be my first call next time.

AVOID this merchant. We hired them to repair our underground gas line. Sadly, they cut our underground cable during the repair, and 1.5 months later we are still without internet and cable. The company has not taken responsibility for their mistake nor have they rectified the situation.

Gilbert did a wonderful job unclogging our sewage drain! We had found that all of our drains were starting to backup all around the house, and when we called Gilbert from Rooter Hero, he was not only able to a great job at unclogging our system, he was able to remove an old cap at the end of our pipe that was stuck, and replace it within a few hours! He was easy to work with and friendly to talk to, which makes us highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing for anyone who may need help the next time they have plumbing issues.
