Let's just agree that no one wants to spend money repairs but I have used Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air a few times already they do a great job everytime. I had the heating worked on today and the HVAC technician Katy Frausto was Awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and her customer service was amazing!!

One of our tenants called out Elite Rooter for a clogged toilet. When they came out it was recommended the drains be jetted. Elite let us know the cost of the initial visit would be taken off the final bill if we used them for the jetting and camera. Though not our normal plumbers we went ahead and used them. We have lines jetted regularly. This should cost around $450. Elite charged us $1500 to jet and camera. When reattaching the toilet, it was noticed that we had an issue with the flange and we asked for them to get us a quote to fix it. They set the toilet back on the hole, not attached and left for the day, not getting us info about reattaching it. The next day the plumbing backed up and sewage leaked all over our tenants store and under the wall into the school next door. We never got a quote and tried calling them multiple times to finish the job and did not get a return call. I stepped in for my staff and had to call three times before I was finally connected with the plumber who worked on our job. He just had excuses and said he had called my employee, which had not happened. So not only were there prices ridiculously high, they also ruined property by not finishing the job. When calling to discuss, they were just argumentative and then called less than two weeks from sending the bill to say they were going to put a lean on our property for non-payment, it was already in process through accounting. Less than a week later we had to have another company out because we were still having issues. The video footage the new company got, shows that it doesn't even look like they jetted our pipes at all. I am a Facilities Director, I work with plumbers all the time. I do not recommend this company.

Paws plumbing showed up, evaluated the repair, but I couldn't get them to follow up. They never called with a lead time for the part or provided an estimate. I called twice, spoke with them twice and they said they would call me right back. Nothing.

Dissatisfied with service technicians job performance. Didn't finish job.
Cleanup was minimal. Did not reconnect appliance. Left cover off water meter on sidewalk. Didn't answer my concern about why water pressure dropped after work was done on pipes.

10/10. Highly Recommend! From initial phone call to end of the job, Rooter Hero was the prime example of how a company should conduct business. After placing a short phone call the dispatch center promised my technician on site within 30 mins! Mason showed up in a clean, professional uniform and took all the necessary precautions to keep my house clean during his inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent the entire time. After diagnosing the problem he actually called his supervisor for a second opinion because he wanted to make sure he got it right. Shortly after another gentleman came to the house in the same clean, professional uniform and concurred with Masons expert opinion. My sewer drains were full of roots, he suggested I hydroblast the lines to ensure a clean line would result and all the blockage would be removed. Almost 75 feet of pipe was completely blocked and they mentioned that simply snaking the line would clean it out and I ran the risk of damaging the old clay pipes. They showed me everything with a complimentary camera inspection and ensured me that the hydro was the best option. After a timely repair my pipes are clean as ever and water is running smoothly out of the house. Mason and his team at Rooter Hero set the standard for business practice, especially in a dirty job like plumbing. I couldn’t be happier with the result. GIVE MASON A RAISE! Thank you!

American plumbing did great work they fixed my bathtub, and charged a fair price, I would recommend them punctual and knowledgeable.
