Was really glad that Elite was able to respond to our need for service the day before Thanksgiving. Robert was professional and informative. He proposed a good solution to a recurring problem and quickly completed the necessary repairs. Martin and Jesus were absolutely wonderful in replacing an ancient water softener in our new house. Martin was very responsive and friendly, explaining everything he was doing and why, and really going the extra mile to make sure we knew what we were getting and how to operate and maintain the system. The work was timely and the price was fair. Overall a really easy and painless experience.

Based on 2 different jobs Collins has done for me, they're a good bunch of folks! First job was a gas meter relocation. Second job was hydrojetting drain lines - and they were 1/3 the cost of one of the emergency plumbers. No nonsense approach to addressing plumbing issues. Will use them again.

Abraham was great. He is professional and knowledgable. He ttook the time to answer my questions, and clearly explained the work. I appreciate that he wore booties and kept everything clean. I had a leaky dual flush toilet and he fixed it, tested it to make sure it was completed properly, and adjusted the initial setting so it flushes with more velocity. Now, it works better than before. He was so thorough. Highly recommend!

Our garbage disposal broke off the drain in our kitchen. Plumbing Tree came over and immediately wanted to do a whole house assessment. They quoted almost $700 to replace the garbage disposal!!!! I went over to A plumbing supply store but Home Depot would’ve been fine and bought an insinkerator which is a very big brand and apparently very good for $140. Took me 10 minutes to install. The guy said it would take him an hour and a half. Then he went on to quote $450 to replace two little water valves underneath the sink from an old style to a new valve style that you can buy for $10 at Home Depot. You just screw them on. He also wanted to sell us a new water heater. We paid him his $79 charge for coming come out and sent him on his way.

Water heater at my home was giving extremely hot water. My wife called EZ Plumbing USA based in Orange County as she saw their positive reviews online. Their plumber arrived and inspected the water heater thoroughly. He told me that the thermostat temperature setting must be too high and the heater requires some replacements. He removed the access panel, insulation and plastic safety guard and adjusted the temperature settings. He replaced the plastic safety guard, access panel, & insulation. My heater is functioning properly now.
