Cleared the drains and provided video confirmation--great job! Randy at PIC jet washed a troublesome pipe after first videoing the line and then repeated the camera inspection on completion. He was thorough and professional. Arianna worked hard to make sure I was taken care of and I thank them both. Definitely recommend PIC Plumbing.

I was amazed and very pleased at the promptness our need was addressed. We had our water main turned off during the night. My past experience made me think this could take all day, if we were lucky. However, Core Plumbing got right to it. They confirmed a crew, by name, and time expected within an hour. Our main was fixed and running by mid morning! The crew returned later that day to check on the job, which was very welcomed.I would like to say thank you to Zack and Tim. You were very professional, friendly, and skilled.

The guys called first, showed up on time, and solved my problem. A stopped up toilet and tub was caused by none other than Lord Vecna himself and his hive-mind crawly vines that had found their way around my toilet's wax seal and into the drain pipe.This job needed a pro for sure, and I was very happy to pay to remove this enormous gob of roots. Pipes were fine, so they just added root killer at the base of the toilet.

Jason Arrived early, with a plugged line to the sewer line, we called six companies. The company we used in the past had no openings. Four others had answering machines with no response. Our Rooter Hero answered the phone stating “we will be there in 15 minutes.” Jason arrived as promised, cleared the drain in 15 minutes at a very competitive price that left us slack jawed. We did a complete remodel on our home, and Collins Pacific Plumbing assisted us with every aspect of plumbing needed along the way. They gave us a competitive price. We added more line items during the remodel, and the team at Collins was very responsive and ethical and professional. I would not hesitate to call them in the future, for any plumbing related issue, big or small.

Beware!! Do not do business with these guys. They will rip you off, over charge, and once you sign there's nothing you can do.I just needed a garbage disposal replaced. What shouldve only cost about $250, ended up costing me $1200+. At first they said it would cost $500 with a 10% off if i did it now, since i wanted it done right there I said ok without getting any other quotes. 20 minutes into the fix, they said I had more problems, which was never a problem before. So they put pressure on me to continue the service and add on the other fix.The final bill came and it was $900 for parts and labor. They told me they installed the best disposal on the market. I googled it and it was the cheapest. A $100 king. I asked the guy why he put the cheapest disposal in and that it only cost $100 online. He went up in flames, demaded a check and forced me to sign the contract before he left. I signed, gave him a check and they left.After they were finished, i saw that my brand new floors were scratched. I was so upset a put a stop on the check. They then put a lein on my house. I didnt want to deal with the stress of taking them to court so I paid the $900, plus another $300 to release the lein.Do not do business with these guys. They will price guage you and cause you more problems

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Courtesy Plumbing. They were referred to me a few years ago by a friend and their service on multiple jobs has been excellent. My most recent job was a clogged kitchen sink. In the past they have done other jobs such as replacing my water heater, putting a new regulator in and installing an expansion tank. In each case their service was professional and complete. As with my friend I would definitely recommend Courtesy Plumbing. Karl O
