This was my first time contacting a plumbing company for a repair on my home and couldn't have been happier. I really appreciated the upfront pricing - they explained this over the phone. Eric T. arrived a few minutes earlier than expected and after hearing my explanation and looking at the PRV valve he knew that was the problem. He also suggested replacing the main shutoff valve because of the age and I knew it was an honest recommendation and not just trying to sell additional services. Eric did a great job with the repair and everything looked just as it did after he left, with the exception of a nice new pressure regulator valve. I'd definitely use Anderson again!

Bill Howe Plumbing is by far the very best in all of San Diego. My water heater went out and flooded my laundry room and when Tris arrived he was not only professional he was so kind and caring. He cleaned the whole mess up for me and recommended I put in a tankless water heater. Steven came out today to put it in and was so efficient and professional too. He didn't leave until everything was to his satisfaction plus he cleaned everything up for me. We experienced a complete whole house plumbing stoppage and had no use of our facilities. We called our home warranty company for a plumber at 3pm on a Tuesday, and a plumber arrived the following morning, Wednesday, and attempted to clear the blockage with a snake that was too short. He worked for 50 minutes with no success. The following day, Thursday, they arrived without the larger snake or camera or hydroscrub which we requested. They just attempted to clear the blockage with a different snake, which did not look any longer, for 45 minutes and left saying he would call the Warranty Company for further advice. He never did this and we had to call and were told they would have to look for another plumber with the proper equipment. It is a good thing we called an outside plumber, Mr. Rooter, at this point as we never heard back from the Warranty Company.Mr. Rooter arrived within a half hour (11:00 on Thursday). They cleaned the pipe with a snake and used a hydro scrub, working for 2 hours. They made it to the blockage using a camera to show us the problem. They came the next day, Friday, to finish the work by digging a 5 foot hole and fixing the broken pipe and installing a cleanout at that point. They were able to temporarily repair it enough so we had facilities over the weekend and then came back on Monday to permanently complete the job.They were called on Thursday and completed the job on Monday, a total of 3 days, but we were able to use the facilities after a day and a half. It's always good to have a plumber with the proper equipment and attitude and they had both!We found them to be very responsive, professional, and sympathetic to our situation and we would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems! Called to have a leak in our bathroom plumbing checked. The plumber was Brandon Martinez who did a great job of explaining what the problem was and he promptly addressed it. Price was far less than I anticipated, Brandon was extremely nice and very professional and I will definitely use this company again, I highly recommend them.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

We have used Emory before after our previous plumbing company just started not responding and not showing up. They were very responsive from the get-go. On this go-around, we needed our tankless water heater serviced. The plumber was extremely friendly, got the job done and explained the process and results to my wife thoroughly. She actually commented that she's never had such a good experience with a plumber. We will continue to use Emory for our plumbing needs.

We contacted Colepepper Plumbing on Saturday evening and they were able to confirm an appointment for Saturday morning to diagnose a couple of drains that we backing up. The company assigned the job to their technician, Billy Li, who was prompt, pleasant and extremely professional. Billy worked on our issue for over 4 hrs and took time to check-in with us on a frequent basis for status checks. Billy found the problem and addressed it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Billy Li and Colepepper should you ever require plumbing services.
