Best Drain Cleaning in San Diego CA

I contacted Discount Plumbing for a kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement. Their tech Antonio came and gave me a reasonable quote and was awesome. I told him I would contact him when I received the faucets so he can do the job. When I called him he said he could come Wednesday at 4pm, or would call me if he couldn't make it and would be at my home for sure the next day Thursday at 4pm. He never showed up or called me, I had to call him and he didn't answer. I called the main number for the business and the person who answered said that the window was from 4-6pm which I was never told, I was told he would be at my house at 4pm as I specifically told him I needed to leave by 5:45pm. The person on the phone apologized and scheduled it for Friday with a window of 2-4pm and even offered a 10% discount for the inconvenience. Friday 4pm came and nothing, I called the office and the person that answered said Antonio would call me. Never did. This is beyond bad customer service and completely unreliable. A phone call would have done it to say hey something happened or we can't do your job. But nope, nothing. Will never contact this business again.

We experienced a complete whole house plumbing stoppage and had no use of our facilities. We called our home warranty company for a plumber at 3pm on a Tuesday, and a plumber arrived the following morning, Wednesday, and attempted to clear the blockage with a snake that was too short. He worked for 50 minutes with no success. The following day, Thursday, they arrived without the larger snake or camera or hydroscrub which we requested. They just attempted to clear the blockage with a different snake, which did not look any longer, for 45 minutes and left saying he would call the Warranty Company for further advice. He never did this and we had to call and were told they would have to look for another plumber with the proper equipment. It is a good thing we called an outside plumber, Mr. Rooter, at this point as we never heard back from the Warranty Company.Mr. Rooter arrived within a half hour (11:00 on Thursday). They cleaned the pipe with a snake and used a hydro scrub, working for 2 hours. They made it to the blockage using a camera to show us the problem. They came the next day, Friday, to finish the work by digging a 5 foot hole and fixing the broken pipe and installing a cleanout at that point. They were able to temporarily repair it enough so we had facilities over the weekend and then came back on Monday to permanently complete the job.They were called on Thursday and completed the job on Monday, a total of 3 days, but we were able to use the facilities after a day and a half. It's always good to have a plumber with the proper equipment and attitude and they had both!We found them to be very responsive, professional, and sympathetic to our situation and we would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems! What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

Corey K did a professional and speedy diagnosis of my water pressure problem on Feb 16, 2015. The company he works for, My Plumber San Diego, has done previous jobs with utmost professionalism and consideration. Sometimes I wonder if Mr. Testa, the owner, has all his people go to professional charm school (LOL); they are all so thoughtful including putting paper booties over their shoes before they enter the house.

Raul was extremely nice and fast! I'd suggest requesting him if you can! He was very personable and stayed true to his word!

Mitch at Colepepper was fantastic at responding to our early-Sunday-morning water heater emergency. He arrived at our house within an hour of calling him, explained what was wrong and what our options were, and answered all our questions. The next morning, David from Colepepper arrived and did an excellent job installing our new water heater and whole house water filtration system. Both guys were professional, kind, and fast.

We used Plumbing Tree as a recommendation of our regular plumber who was booked out several days. We had a situation with our tankless water heater that needed attention immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. From the front office to the plumber, they are very professional and were in constant communication about timing. Also they are clear with their pricing so there are no surprises. Angel completed the repair with no issues and tested everything to make sure all was in working order. Would definitely use them again
