I called Team Rooter around 10am this morning wondering if they were going to unclog a beaver dam that was preventing me from using the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and dryer.Sandra answered and in no time scheduled Felipe to come out between 12 and 2.Felipe arrived promptly, analyzed the clog and suggested hydro jetting.Once Felipe was done, Kenny came in and inspected the pipe with a camera, this was included with the hydro jetting.Pipes are all clear!And I learned a few things.Thank you Felipe and Kenny!

Kailib is excellent and very professional. He offered to wear a mask when he noticed ours, and wore it correctly the entire time he was working. He was very good at explaining what was wrong and how he was going to fix it, and he gave us advice on how to fix some things we could do ourselves. When he was giving us our free estimate, he fixed any easy issues, like loose screws and leaks on our toilet connections. He was also exceptionally polite and answered all of our questions.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I hired Rooter Hero to replace hot and cold water shut off valves for the washing machine. Hot water shut off valve had been leaking, I had pleasure working with Brandon. He arrived on time. My shower stopped working and James Kim from Collins Pacific was excellent! He diagnosed and fixed the problem and even went and double check the pressure. Another company easily could have taken advantage or overcharged me, but Collins Pacific was fair, honest, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend them.

Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .
