Best Drain Leak in San Diego CA

Jose Balderas had recently installed our new garbage disposal and did an amazing job. He was fast, efficient, informative and friendly. So naturally we called Discount Plumbing and requested Jose specifically to help us temporarily cap two water lines till the discount plumbing team can come over and properly close all the lines in our old laundry room. When we called; his schedule was packed, but still he graciously squeezed us in because we had to turn off our water till those lines were capped. Thank you so much Jose! And thank you for quickly scheduling for the following day to properly have everything that needs to be closed, discount plumbing will be our first go to for all our plumbing needs!

Called Team Rooter's services whom were on time with no hidden costs exceptional work was completed by my technician Hector. I have to say these days not many companies go the extra mile but mine did; because a logical explanation couldn't immediately be found for an ongoing issue I've had for quite some time Hector called his boss whom without further explanation came to my home scoped my pipes with my issues fixed I appreciated a look at the scanes that were made and many more valuable bits of information/advice that Kenny was able to provide. We have used Core Plumbing a number of times over the years and they have always done outstanding work. Most recently we had them re-route pipes to get them out of the slab. Zach (who also handled a prior job) and Eric (new employee) did the work. They were professional and did a great job.

I wanted to do an update on my 5 star review. Change it to 1 star as I was charged 202 bucks to relight my water heater. I figured it was standard for the business but was shocked to learn was way overcharged. I was not present at the time. My girlfriend was and she definitely was taken advantage of. She was just happy to have hot water. Then I was given an estimate to replace a 2 year old water heater and they wanted 3300 bucks. You can get water heater for about 650 to 750 at home depot and get it installed for 200 bucks. This company really does wow with sticker price. Shocking. They did say they would apply the 202 towards install. Wow. Definitely do your research.

Our service tech Bryan C. was very professional and helpful, he took time to answer any and all of my questions. What I appreciated most was my repairs had a unique issue to my houses plumbing and we weren’t exactly sure what to do so Bryan promptly reached out to his colleagues at BHP via video chat on his phone and we got an answer and a solution.

Great prices and service. Recently called cause normal plumber was busy and wanted to charge OT rates. After calling a couple other well known companies and getting same story I found mr rooter. They will be my new regular plumbing service.

Sergio did an amazing job with my leak issue at my home. He tested everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Being a Master plumber it was evident he knows what he’s doing.He was very thorough with everything. He even fixed my water heater connection that was done wrong and also made a nice box for my refrigerator water and ice line. He’s super neat and cleaned up great. If you ever need a great plumber call and ask for Sergio. You won’t be disappointed plus he’s nice!

They did an excellent job! They had to cut though my concrete driveway to repair the sewer pipe and repoured the concrete. It looks great.

This was a team effort, that included Sala, Beecher, Marco, Xavier, Patrick, Ralph, and Christian. They were all very professional and personable. Sala kept me updated and I felt she always had my interests as top priority. And I wasn't even a VIP member yet. Beecher explained the work that needed to be done, what options I had, answered all my questions, and clearly stated the costs. Xavier and Marco were responsible for the plumbing inside my house which included replacing 2 toilets and replacing, under several sinks, new piping and shut off valves. They did beautiful work. Their workmanship was excellent. I could tell they took pride in their work. Patrick, Ralph, and Christian were responsible for the work outside. I was very happy with the the results of their work. Great job! everyone. I couldn't be happier.

Reliable and excellent service!

The Emory Plumbing team saved us :) We had an emergency gas leak + lock out. They were a little far from their normal service area, but they came, identified the issue, worked with our city and gas provider, and got us unlocked in a very short amount of time. Carlos was an amazing technician - kind, patient, and communicative. Thank you so much to this crew!

They unclogged a toilet for us. The technician called and arrived early; fixed the problem and we were back in business within about 2 hours. Fast, efficient service. The price was fair; not cheap. I have a problem with their call center phone answering. The connection was poor so communication was difficult. The person who answered had no idea about local towns. I had to talk the to the ordering dept and then after a brief exposure to music, the scheduling dept. I almost hung up and looked for another plumber.

The plumbers arrived on time explained what the repair entailed and they completed the repair in a timely matter. Professional and friendly guys , Will use the company for all future plumbing issues.
