Team Rooter is the best. My garbage disposal broke and I called Team Rooter at 730am, and by noon, Steve had come out and replaced the disposer. It was no hassle, and Steve is a super friendly guy. I highly recommend them.

Eric was great. Showed up on time and was very professional. He had repaired a faucet for me before, so he knew exactly what to do.

Parts supplied. The parts manager was extremely knowledgeable about the parts we were seeking and helpful in finding something that worked from his inventory. It was a very pleasant experience to go somewhere and be treated like a valued customer by someone that actually knows their field and inventory. John Calderon and his apprentice came to my rescue today! After a string of bad experiences with plumbers who were recommended to me or referred by my home warranty, I decided to venture out and find my own. Anderson Plumbing was the first to pop up and had the highest rating in San Diego. When I called, they answered immediately (last plumber hung up on me) and had someone at my door WITHIN AN HOUR (last plumber waited seven days before coming to my condo). John was so knowledgeable and friendly. (Both of them showed my dog lots of love, so bonus points there.) He was able to diagnose the problem immediately and even showed me the exact issue (so I knew he wasn’t just trying get me to replace a bunch of parts to drive up the cost). Although the fix was pricey, he was upfront about the cost and talked me through my options. They had the parts on hand to fix the water heater and waited until the hot water was running throughout the house before they left. Although larger companies can be a bit more expensive, it was 100% worth the extra money to use a reputable, legit company who came to my aid immediately and had a mini warehouse in their truck with everything they needed to fix the problem. Paying a couple extra bucks was worth avoiding the hassle I’ve been experiencing with 2-star rated companies who took a week to get here in the first place. John converted me to a loyal customer and I will only use Anderson Plumbing in the future. Also - John spoke volumes about the owners of the company and how generous they are with their employees and are wonderful people to work for — that’s the exact type of company I want to support!!

Very satisfied with the service we received from Elite Rooter today. David was very professional and efficient and kept me posted with everything he was doing. Travis was also really helpful and accommodating to our schedule. We’d had another plumbing company come out and weren’t happy with their work and Elite came out the next morning and fixed it! His apprentice Gage was quick and listened intently to Dan. Gage did the work with the confidence of a professional. I would have them come to fix anything in my home.

Outstanding crew!! We had a toilet wax ring fail in a second story bathroom causing water damage to the 1st story. The were quick, efficient, professional and exceptional! First time we used Paws and I will keep them in my speed dial for any other plumbing jobs in the future.

It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.

Jacob and his team were insanely helpful, knowledgeable and communicative. We were in a serious plumbing situation and they were able to address and remedy it in a timely matter (even when the first few plans of action didn’t take care of the problem). If we have any other questions or concerns, they’ll be the first people we call.

I have used American Plumbing Group multiple times and always have a great experience, so when I had a plumbing problem recently, I didn't hesitate to call them again. Also, I requested to send plumbers as soon as possible, and they sent Jack within an hour to fix the leakage. Fuentes is a family business. From the first moment I panicked called to Ruth with sewage water about to spill over my my shallow shower stall, she handled it with professionalism and ensured me that technicians will be out ASAP. Then Pablo and Cesar showed up and took care of one of the shower blockage and as Cesar was showing me the final result he noticed the toilet bubbling up. He knew right away that it was main sewage line problem. We looked for it and he asked if it’s ok to perform since it’s a condo unit and main line involves HOA. As I said yes to him, HOA president showed up at my doorstep and started lecturing. Cesar tried to diffuse the situation and showed him the problem. He agreed to pay for cleaning out the main line to the city sewage line. The whole thing was all done in a couple of hours. I can’t thank them enough. If they didn’t solve it, both units at the bottom would have been flooded with sewage water. They are professional, courteous and have all the right tools. I have called almost every company in San Diego and found this one which is IMO the best priced and has the best customer service by far!It’s interesting because this was the last company I had the patience to call. Just based off the cheerful tone of voice and positive attitude the call representative answering had, I knew this was the company I wanted to use. Now it was just a matter of the pricing.Diagnostic is free! Which I feel like less than half of the companies I called provided.My plumber’s name was, MAURICIO and he was THE BEST! Super friendly guy, calm and knowledgeable, and does his job with a smile.Mauricio helped with changing a shower cartridge. This shower cartridge was old. Like really old. So old the house was probably built around the shower cartridge. Being this old the cartridge was super corroded and was not easy to remove. Pieces of the plastic we’re breaking off and the cartridge came out in two separate parts instead of one entire piece like it’s supposed to.Other companies didn’t want to deal with this cartridge and said they have to replace the entire shower and the piping which would have cost up to a thousand dollars. Mauricio got it done without having to do a ridiculous amount of work and charge an arm and a leg.This is the first time I have used Exodus Plumbing and I am more than satisfied! I will definitely be using this company in the future and if they are able to maintain this level of customer service and continue to give competitive quotes I can easily say I have found my go-to plumbing company!Thank you again Mauricio!
