This company was fast and easy to work with, I had a plumber out within the hour of my phone call to come out and unclog my bathtub drain. My drain would drain very slowly and it would have standing water while showering, GROSS! I had a coupon from the phone book and they honored it. I call Core Plumbing for and estimate to repair my water line between the city water meter and my house. Their response was quick, friendly and very professional. I was told in great detail what they would do to correct my problem with the water leak. We had a slow draining kitchen sink. I hesitated calling a contractor, as many times in the past, we have had issues with calls not being returned. This was certainly not the case with Anderson Plumbing. I requested an appointment online, they called me shortly, and our appointment was set for that afternoon. Larry called and said they could come earlier, which worked out great! We also received an email with pictures of the technicians and said they were on their way. We received a complete explanation of the work before they began and upon completing the job, Jimmy explained their findings and that our issue had been resolved. Job well done!!! I feel very fortunate that I called Bill Howe plumbing for a second quote on a piece that had broken in my shower. When Dave showed up he gave me hope that he could fix it for a reasonable cost and not the thousands of dollars the first plumber gave me. A small but unique piece broke and my shower was no longer functional. Due to the brand (a high end) and the age of the fixture it was difficult but Dave from Bill Howe came through. He never gave up, tracked down one of the parts and repaired the other. I am so happy, and I can say with certainty that from now on I am calling Bill Howe. They have earned my business for any future plumbing issues. Thank you!

Doug is really helpful. He is very professional. He gave me a courtesy call prior to arrival. He is very knowledgeable and immediately identified the issue and explained to me very well. I proposed two suggestions, one of them is to get a new toilet - he kindly wrote down the toilet brand, model, and all related info. The other suggestion is to replace the valve. He gave me quotes for both suggestions and let me decide. After I decide what to do, he came to my condo the second time, and quickly installed the new valve. Doug is very reliable, very knowledgeable and I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again next time if I have any plumbing issue.

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

They do a great job. I've used them alot in the last 6 months. My house is 95 yo although you might not know it, it is well cared for by My Plumber.

The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.
