I have needed several repairs to my heating and air conditioning and have used Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air services. Each time I was treated as a valuable customer by the office staff and field technicians. One call was a simple reset of an indicator on the furnace and resulted in no charge. Another call resulted in a minor repair. While both technicians were here they did a thorough check of my HVAC systems as part of the normal service call. I am very happy with the service and interaction with this company. Keep up the great work.

Do NOT use this company!!! Called because my sewage was backing up. Technician was very friendly but after a short time he said he wasn’t able to continue due to a blockage. His Superviser came out with a camera and was Very rude and demeaning to me. The “supervisor” also wanted to sell me thousands of dollars worth of “upgrades” and when I told him MANY times he could leave me an estimate but I would not agree to the work right now, somehow a few minutes later they said the line was open and working. Well, about 24 hours later the sewage was backed up again and Worse this time and they wanted to charge me Again for the same job. When I refused to pay again and called the company the individual told me he “reviewed everything “ and they would still charge me to come out again.I have no idea how these people stay in business. Horrible costumer service and do not stand by their work. Do NOT use !!!!!!

What a great guy, Nick Roque came by on short notice as my wife and I were afraid we had a major issue in our master bathroom. Quickly diagnosed the problem and calmed our concerns. Fixed the issue in seconds and even coached me on how to improve my home repairs when I do it myself. Will always call All Star for help when needed.

Matt and Justin did a great job finding and repairing a leak on an irrigation pipe. They explained the repair needed, fixed it efficiently, and cleaned up the area nicely.
