We had our water heater leaking on Saturday afternoon. I contacted several company will be Discount Plumbing San Diego responded immediately and sent a company employee, Jose, within an hour. Jose was very attentive to our problem, spent more than half an hour of time, offered us several options for replacing the heater. I highly recommend the company and personally it's employee Jose.

Right away upon calling Team Rooter, I was greeted by Ashley who was very kind and professional. Nicholas came out to fix our 2 bathroom sinks that were clogged. It had a tricky connection so he called out his field supervisor Kenny and they took care of the problem saving us several hundred dollars. I have used Andersen Heating and Air for 8 years. They took out an old gas wall heater, dry walled to perfection and painted the area; they installed & have maintenanced the mini split ductless units, they have installed a new water heater, a new garbage disposal, cleared a slow drain. Their service is top notch, and the technicians are competent, friendly, and leave the place clean. I highly recommend.

They later let me know they had a cancellation and could come out the same day I contacted them. I had a complicated shower head that my contractor did not install fully in my recent remodel. The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

I cannot say enough great things about this company! I drive by their location every day from work and finally had a reason to call. The dispatchers were courteous and efficient. I was given a window between 12-2 and Brandon was at my house at 12:15 with a courtesy call. All my drains had overflowed, I had raw sewage all over the floor. The technicians worked tirelessly over a period of two hours snaking, cleaning, and hydrojetting (didn't know this even existed) my lines. They came out for 96/hr which I thought was extremely fair with an additional (slightly more expensive) charge for the jetting. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to anyone.
