Diagnosed the leak problem very quickly. Because the problem was simple , he didn't charge me anything. He also diagnosed 2 other problems quickly and didn't charge me anything for it. He even removed a stuck outdoor hose pipe for free.He was very knowledgeable on all the issues. It would have taken me several hours to figure out and fix things on my own

Tech brought a very large truck that I understand had billions of parts in it. We had no shortage or reason to delay installation of the various items I had chosen to be repaired.Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable about products, installation and ages of faucets, etc. that I had. He explained all of my options and let me make the choices. I would certainly choose Anderson again and will recommend them to my friends.

Chris fixed a very stubborn clog in both home that affected two toilets, a bathtub and shower. I had another company come out prior and they said I needed to replace both toilets.Chris solved the problem in a short time. I really appreciate his work.He was very professional, respectful and persistent. He has a wonderful Irish accents too.

These guys are AWESOME! Kevin and Fransisco are masters at there trade. I am so amazed and pleased at what they were able to do ...it blows my mind. I am now cast iron free of piping under my house. I was having on going plumbing issues with the old cast iron for years. Javier (supervisor) was clear on the options and amount it would cost. One call to these guys and they fixed the problems for good. If I could give more stars I would.

Sub contractor conducted work, not All Star plumbing. Overcharged for minimal effort. Discussed the price and level of effort with Sub contractor, and he suggested I get another quote from someone else if I didn’t like his price. Because this work request was for a rental property and I have an obligation to repair quickly, I was taken advantage of. Obnoxiously overvalued egotistical plumber. I recommend calling a different company that doesn’t farm their work out to subs that are eager to take advantage of people.

Andrew Johnson was an awesome plumber. Efficient, professional, and very courteous. He also talked me through the nature of the issue and how it was (or was not) related to some other issues we have had with our plumbing in our home. Strongly recommend!

No one picked up phone even though it advertised as open 24 hours

I called Colepepper Plumbing because my normal plumber I use in San Diego wasn't answering his phone. At first I was a little skeptical for using somebody else, because I have used the same plumber for years now. I'm glad I used these guys. Great service and honest prices.

Used them to replace our shower cartridge and our plumber Mickey was responsive and made the experience professional and friendly. Everyone I’ve communicated with there treats you like a person and helps you with long term solutions. Would recommend!
