Mission Accomplished. I was so very surprised when after calling to book the service, Jose showed up like 10 min later! It's the fastest arrival I've ever experienced. I needed to replace my non working garbage disposal. Usually I would do it myself but this time I simply couldn't remove a bracket. So I called Discount Plumbing and was very happy to hear they answered right away. Jose informed me right away why I was having a problem removing it. We settled on a price and he got to working right away. He's an army veteran who served tours in Iraq and I could tell that he wasn't going to finish the job until everything was perfect. His work ethic was fantastic and I felt very comfortable with him. I had to work on the project with him due to some issue with plumbing code but he stayed to make sure my work was nice and good. Thank you very very much Jose for all your hard work and for your service. Wish we could give you guys 6 stars.

Selected this business at random from the many internet plumbing/drain fixing websites. Virtually all of them used the same template for information and setting appointments. This was the first company that responded to my inquiry at 10:30pm for my drain to be fixed the next day. I had an appointment booked within a few minutes and followed up by an acknowledgment from them. Two men worked here for about two hours very professionally. The price was very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.------------

I was impressed with the lengths that the individual and then his supervisor went to try and fix a problem with my outside drain. They went above and beyond what was expected and left me with a way ahead for success that I didn't have before. They were much cheaper than the bigger brand Rooter service and offered a military discount. I would recommend them!

Paws Plumbing provided amazing service, Keith was fantastic. He communicated clearly, made recommendations, went out of his way to find a part for me. He was on time, professional and knows what he’s doing. When I called in to schedule, Will was professional and friendly as well. It was easy to schedule and get an appointment and their text communication of arrivals and departures is awesome! My part came in a day early and they were able to come out the next day and install it even though I had an appointment scheduled for next week. Above and beyond, Highly recommend!!

I scheduled air conditioner tune-up services on Sunday. The customer service immediately scheduled an appointment at my convenience. They removed brush and debris, cleaned the condenser coils, replaced filters, refilled refrigerant, and ensured that the condensate drain was clear. Very satisfied with the promptness and expertise. I hired Rooter Hero to replace hot and cold water shut off valves for the washing machine. Hot water shut off valve had been leaking, I had pleasure working with Brandon. He arrived on time. He was very courteous. He explained the repair needed and the estimate for it. Estimate was very reasonable. Brandon completed the work in professional manner. I would highly recommend Rooter Hero.

Everything that was told to me that was going to be done, was done on time and within the quoted price. It was perfect. ?

Mike and his team were awesome. We had a gas leak and SDG&E shut off the gas supply. Mike arrived literally a couple of hours later, gave us a quote and scheduled work the next day. The repair involved digging 2-3 feet deep to replace the gas line. After the work was done they put our garden and plants back and you would never know they were here. Overall outstanding work and we will not hesitate to use Mike again.
