Major sewer repair in our backyard.Nearly a year ago we had a back up in my sons bathtub. The main line to the sewer was backing up and water/waste on our backyard patio. I called Core Plumbing as my plumber of choice for many years. They came out quickly, assessed the problem, offered solutions, and got us back flushing toilets the same day.During the inspection, the tech found roots in the line and thought the pipe was also cracked. We paid the invoice and waited for the repair estimate. I have to admit, it was shocking, but I knew it was a very difficult repair and would involve lots of man and machine power. I saved nearly 10 months for the repair hoping we wouldn’t get another backup. We had one within three months, solidifying our need to get this work done.I gave a down payment and scheduled the work for our family vacation so we could let them do the work without interruption or the house with no sewer. Greg, our supervisor, sent daily pictures. This was quite the job, as Manny, the tech operator mapped out the equipment and game planned the job a few days before we were to leave.Yes, plumbing is expensive, yes plumbers are paid very well, yes it is sometimes messy, but guys let me tell you, Core Plumbing is the absolute best!!They always exceed my expectations in terms of quality of work, protecting my property, using the best materials, but ultimately just being great people. Thanks to all involved on my project.

Whitney was very informative about water heater draining and replacing the water options. We are glad to have the option of a tank less water heater , even though, financially, we may replace it in the future. Whiney was personable and answered all of our questions and gave various scenarios so that we could make an informed decision.

Great prices and service. Recently called cause normal plumber was busy and wanted to charge OT rates. After calling a couple other well known companies and getting same story I found mr rooter. They will be my new regular plumbing service.

My garage flooded because of a slab leak and needed a company who would be able to help fast! Robert from PAWS plumbing came out 20 minutes after I called their office. I also received confirmation texts every day with the times he and his team would arrive. It was a major four day job. Robert and Mike are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, providing quality work and were very patient with our questions. Taylor also helped out and worked really hard. They are all hard workers, professional, respectful toward my home, and trustworthy. They had to break concrete outside the leaking water main, excavate to expose the mainline and make repairs, they rerouted hot and cold lines out of the slab through the ceiling space and walls to the 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. That type of work costs thousands so when my insurance rep saw the detailed invoice, he said he had enough information to pay the claim. He even said the cost was pretty low based on past claims he’s reviewed. I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my line of work and these guys are the best in my opinion: they do what they say they’ll do, communication is consistent, and they finish the work right the first time, fair price, excellent quality of work.

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Had a clogged shower that was threatening to overflow and could’ve been a huge disaster. Called Rotor Hero Plumbing and Jacob was here within 90 minutes. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping solve the problem. He keep working on the clogged drain until he could pinpoint what the problem was and then solved it. Highly recommend this company and if possible, ask for Jacob!

Our plumber Garrett Joyner was fantastic from beginning to end. The water heater brokethe same day as we were expecting visitors with a little baby, who were vacationing with us for a week. Garrett came in no time, emptied the water heater, gave me options regarding a new one and time to consider the options. I made up my mind by the evening, he came back the next day - which was Halloween!!!!- and had the water running again by 8 o'clock pm. The technician who came out was great, very professional, and did everything requested thoroughly and cleaned up the areas. I ended up having 4 upstairs drains cleared of all the hair accumulated. My reasoning for the 4 stars was 2 issues; 1) The cost was frankly astronomical. He did 4 residential drains (1 tub, 1 shower, and 2 bathroom sinks) It cost me $735!!! Seriously. The 2nd reason I'm slightly annoyed is he said it was $110 each additional drain and then charged $150 x 3 for each additional drain. Seriously? $735 (after a $40 coupon) to unclog 4 bathroom drains that took less than 2 hours of work easily. I have a problem with being quoted 1 price and then being charged a different price, that's highly unethical.

Ryan came over first thing this morning. He was extremely professional and took care of the problem efficiently and effectively! He was so calm and really helped relieve my anxiety over my plumbing issues! And ladies, Ryan is very good looking (no disrespect Ryan)and that never hurts. I will definitely use his company again when needed. I highly recommend this company and Ryan in particular.

Emory Plumbing was referred to me by a family member who has used their services off an on for many years with great results. They lived up to their reputation with my first service call. After two handyman had tried to troubleshoot a malfunctioning shower and advised I'd probably have to rip out the handle mechanism by making a hole in the wall, I called Emory for a third opinion. Their plumber showed up on time and did not leave until he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. (..and it did not require making a hole in the wall but instead was a faulty part). I was very pleased with their professionalism and expertise and won't hesitate to call Emory first next time.

Michael, Stan, and Austin (?) came out and were polite, knowledgeable, and really professional. They installed a two way clean out and power jetted our mainline. We are definitely happy we called Culpepper.

Alan came and identified the problem and is ordering solutions to fix the shower unit. We will proceed from there. I have used Plumbing Tree before and have always been most satisfied with their service.
