Joe came out and helped me with the plumbing pipe being clogged up. He was very cordial, and very helpful. The service is a bit expensive. In total of almost 400 bucks but without the proper tools I'd not be able to do it myself.

Selected this business at random from the many internet plumbing/drain fixing websites. Virtually all of them used the same template for information and setting appointments. This was the first company that responded to my inquiry at 10:30pm for my drain to be fixed the next day. I had an appointment booked within a few minutes and followed up by an acknowledgment from them. Two men worked here for about two hours very professionally. The price was very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.------------

Came out and installed a utility sink in the garage. Did really nice work at HALF of what I was quoted from another company. Being a new homeowner finding people you can trust and knowing you now have someone to call is everything!!100% recommend and will be continuing to use in the future!

Powers Plumbing company is rad. They came over to my house when I had no hot water and said my water heater needed to be repaired. It was not that costly and they did not try to sell me a new water heater or anything. Plumber was clean and efficient. I was very impressed with their company and would easily recommend them to friends that needed a plumber.

Well let's just say that plumbing problems are NO FUN and when you need someone FAST you never know what you will get. I had what to me what was a major issue when my drains stopped up. I needed it fixed fast since a had family coming over and I called Mr. Rooter. The lady on the phone was very polite and got a plumber on his way within an hour. When the guy showed up he was very professional. He first figured out the problem and told me recommendations for getting it fixed. After explaining everything in great detail and going over what it would involve he got started right away. He was very protect full of my house and kept his work area very clean. After fixing the problem he cleaned up like he was never there. Problem solved and I am very HAPPY. The price was very fair and the service was EXCELLENT. I will highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who has a Plumbing problem.

Sergio did an amazing job with my leak issue at my home. He tested everything and was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and explained everything to me. Being a Master plumber it was evident he knows what he’s doing.He was very thorough with everything. He even fixed my water heater connection that was done wrong and also made a nice box for my refrigerator water and ice line. He’s super neat and cleaned up great. If you ever need a great plumber call and ask for Sergio. You won’t be disappointed plus he’s nice!

After an initial mix up with our first technician, this company redeemed itself by coming out a second time and corrected the issue. I appreciated the follow up by the manager and phone operators.

These guys are the best. They are family owned and know there stuff. We have used them multiple times over the years.... we mainly used them for emergencies (leaky water heater, backed up drains) but we have also used them to install new toilets and piping. They are professional, fast & don’t try to nickel and dime you. Definitely recommended! Thank you guys! ☺️

The plumbers arrived quickly, fixed the problem, were very professional, and cleaned up before they left. They even moved shelves back, which I had moved prior to their arrival. Couldn't ask for more.

Disappointed - Look out...plumbers and used car salesmen. Most plumbers are looking for easy quick jobs to make a fast buck (and over charge).Tried 3 different plumbers do diagnose and fix a water hammering problem in a business with a 90 gallon tank and tankless unit.EMORY advertised as being a commercial plumber. I requested a seasoned professional in hopes of getting someone who's been around. Instead a got a young guy who vaguely appeared to know what he was talking about. He did diagnosed the problem and discussed a couple ways to fix the problem. Stated he would forward a quote with pricing per each fix option.I got a phone call from the receptionist with a $1000 quote for a fix we had not discussed. She stated the tech spoke with co workers who made the suggestion on the fix. What they suggested replacing was a virtually new regulator. No one asked me how old the regulator was or if it had been replaced.This is the problem I had with the previous two plumbing companies...suggesting replacing/installing random parts for big $$$$.To make matters worse, made two phone calls in an attempt to speak with the tech...no return call. Requested a manager give me a call back...no return call.It appears, if you need a new hot water tank, a leaky faucet or something basic, you'll be ok with EMORY. But if it's anything complex, make sure you get at least 3 quotes.

We hired Plumbing tree once again and this time to fix our water leak in our Kitchen. Tony came within 1 hour to diagnose and service the problem. He is very professional and polite.
