I had an estimate done for a minor leak that needed <$150 worth of parts and maybe an hour of work. I was quoted >$2000!! That is highway robbery if you ask me. 'Discount' Plumbing, ha!

I called them for an estimate for work I need to have done. The technician came out and looked at everything. He seemed to be knowledgeable and was courteous and professional. However, I have not yet received a bid, so I don’t know if I will use their services.

Had the pros come out and check on a gas line under my range. The gentlemen that came were friendly and professional. The company was very forward in their communication and managed the arrival time of the service very well. I really appreciated the calls and texts regarding the arrival times. 10/10 will call again for any plumbing services!

Fernando did an amazing job. He explained why he was suggesting the service he was and did a great job completing the job and ensuring I understood what he was doing. He kept the area clean and cleaned after he was done with the job. It was a rainy day and he wore shoe protectors to keep my floors clean! I will be requesting him for my services in the future! They were able to come out on a Saturday for no additional cost and actually showed up on time, unlike some other companies. Another company quoted me 4x the price I paid Mr Rooter and had the gall to try up selling me.The tech Brenden had great service, was very polite, and answered all my questions honestly. It was a Sunday afternoon, everything was closed and I couldn’t get the water off to a broken sprinkler head spraying water everywhere. Anthony answered the customer service line, and instead of charging me a arm and leg sending someone on a Sunday, he calmly talked me through turning the water off myself till i can get someone to repair it during the week. I love it when companies show human decency and a spirit of helping over their bottom line. Would definitely recommend this company and Anthony in particular.
