I scheduled a drain cleaning service with Core Plumbing as this company had great reviews and portrayed themselves as a reputable company. I had two bathroom sinks that were clogged. Two members showed up and provided an estimate for the cleaning of my two bathroom sinks. The price felt quite high; however, I trusted their recommendation and believed they were going to do a solid job. After 2.5 hours and with little progress, one plumber shared with me in order to fully clean the drain, they will need to access the pipes in the wall. This required more construction work (open a hole in the wall or in my cabinet). His quote for this project + labor was $4700.I ended up dismissing Core Plumbing and reaching out for a second opinion through my HOA, but Core Plumbing still charged me $775 for labor and a tap part replacement that I know only costs $4 at the hardware store (the piece was plastic, which is not what I originally had). The second plumbing company ended up cleaning both drains later that day without drilling a hole in the wall the process only took 20 minutes to complete.At the end of the day I'm frustrated and am humiliated about the whole situation. I trusted this company to provide me with the right guidance. Instead I was given really bad advice and almost ended up doing something that was completely unnecessary. Plus, I was charged for an insane amount for the service they provided.

We experienced a clogged toilet drain line on a Sunday, and called Anderson because they advertise 24/7 service. Anderson said there would be a $90 fee to arrive on a Sunday plus additional charge for the required work. We did NOT like that bait and switch approach, so we decided to schedule a $63 or it's free drain cleaning on Monday morning between 8 am and noon.On Monday morning, Anderson called and said they could not meet the scheduled time, but could arrive on Monday afternoon. We had no choice but to accept the delayed service.Our frustration was relieved when Octavio showed up on schedule and performed a successful drain cleaning very efficiently, as well as recommending and scheduling Anderson's free camera scoping of the 4 drain line for the following week.Octavio was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He deserves the five star rating.

Art and Travis came out to snake my line and they were super helpful. They walked me through what they were doing and were very informative. Would recommend to anyone with plumbing needs!

Excellent service - Came on schedule. The fellow that they sent out, Chris, was thorough, and explained everything that he was doing, and everything that he found. He fixed our leak quickly, and got us back up and running. Would definitely call them again for our plumbing work!

After calling three other plumbing companies and being told that they were too busy to unclog the toilet in my hair salon, I called BMP and was told that they could respond in an hours and would send me text when the plumber was on his way! I also got a text showing my scheduled appointment, when the plumber was on his way and that the plumber had arrived. This was an awesome feature being able to have a constant time line!
