Jose at Discount Plumbing was great to work with - they were able to service my Airbnb rental unit as I had a bathroom sink that was leaking. They responded on the first call, kept me in the loop, and serviced the issue within 2 hours. Great service!

I chose TeamRooter to install a tankless water heater. Their technician who came out and did the appraisal, Kenny Kniskern, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had done some research before he arrived, and he did not try to up-sale me on anything, as a matter of fact he pointed out things that would save me money. He made a promise that we would have hot water by the end of the day, and he followed through on his promise, even though they came across some unexpected issues (for example different pipe size behind the walls). He and Nicolas Juarez stayed until well into the evening to make sure they met their commitment. I am very pleased with the install, and was very impressed with their dedication to not only getting the job done, but standing by their commitment. TeamRooter, your team is the best and I couldn't have been happier!

Replaced corrupted pressure regulator and aging line valves. I’ve used Anderson since 2009 and a few times I needed them within a day and they’ve always fit me in. They are always prompt, friendly, professional and do quality work. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I recently had a plumbing issue at my home and decided to use a different company than I had previously used due to my last experience. I decided to call Mr. Rooter based on reviews throughout the internet and I must say it was a great choice. From the first phone call to the service professional leaving my home I felt like they took care of my problem professionally for a great price. I was very satisfied with the service provided by Gilbert. He and his helper were on time and quickly and efficiently got the job done. I did not shop around for price so I can not comment as to whether it was the best deal in town, however, they responded quickly to my inquiry and the price seemed reasonable. I sent pictures and they were able to bring exactly what was needed to replace my existing fixtures. He replaced a new faucet in the kitchen and a new sink in the bathroom. I was concerned that removing the old sink might cause damage to the existing granite but Gilbert handled the job carefully and without incident. There was a problem in turning off the cold water under the bathroom sink so it was necessary for him to replace the shutoff valve. My only suggestion would be to have the workers wear covers on their shoes when entering the house, but aside from that I would not hesitate to call them again for future service.

We had problems with old drains and had RR come out and fix them. After several false starts ,Alex ,Tony and Mike got it right and [fingers crossed] so far all is well. The lads were always very polite and did their best to take care of the problems as we went along, a pleasure to have them work for us.

I am an absentee owner who lives out of state. I called Ryan who was responsive and great to communicate with. His price was fair and my tenant was VERY HAPPY with his work. Highly recommended !

Daniel was so wonderful to work with! We had to cancel on him two different times due to our illnesses. By the time we called again (with a vacation in there also), it was a few months since I had first contacted him. I thought he'd think we were flakey and not want to try a third time. But he was so nice and professional about scheduling again. I liked that he texts timely.When we finally had our appointment, he was on time, considerate and professional. He explained everything he was doing or had done. He drained/cleaned our Navien tankless water heater, checked a sink for any clog, caulked our bathroom sink, removed a hot water reservoir under the sink, and replaced an odd Toto toilet flapper that was all one piece (not like the normal ones we usually replace ourself). He worked quickly, neatly, and considerately.We have been through about three other plumbers since moved here 4 years ago and were not satisfied - but now we have found our forever plumber!! You can't go wrong with with Pro Max!!
