My wife contacted them the day before about the gas valve and told me how great they were as well as the person who came out Jose was a veteran and super nice. That night when I came home we had some issues with the water heater. I called up Jose and he picked up and help guided me through what I need to do. In the end I couldn’t get it to work. He stop by the next morning out of his own time and help us fix the heater and explained to my wife what I needed to do for the next time. He was so helpful and gave us a great deal because we were both veterans! If anyone who needs plumbing that I know of I will always recommend them to discount plumbing! Don has been very helpful and accommodating in the couple of phone calls we've had regarding which way to go on a new water heater. I had the pleasure of meeting Don in person today when he made a house-call to assess my situation and provide me with an estimaste. His experience and knowledge were super helpful in my narrowing down, and finally, making a decision.(continued...) After checking online regarding other prices and costs, I was able to get an appt. for the following day for the installation of a 50 gallon gas tank. Some modifications had to be made to be up to the current codes, as well (my old water heater came with the house when I bought it about 24 years ago!). David and his partner were professional, helpful (a large storage set up had to be moved in order to remove my old tank and set up the new one), and efficient.I've only had the new tank for a couple of days now and so far, so good.I like the fact that Core is a long-time local and family-owned business.

We had a complicated situation w replacing our old water pressure valve. The process from estimate to onsite work went very smoothly. Our technician Dee was knowledgeable, efficient, skilled and courteous.

Asher arrived on time after giving me a heads-up by phone. He was professional and personable. He installed a new garbage disposal successfully and efficiently. From start to finish this was one slick experience from online booking to completion.

They came at the time that they said they were going to report and they did the job in less than an hour and were gone. I was concerned since I thought they were going to have to cut the cabinet, instead they just drilled three holes big enough for the cable to go through to the other side of cabinet and out the other side of cabinet to where the water connection was connected to the fridge. The copper wire was leaking so they replaced it. I found the cost of repair to be on the high side, however, they did respond to an emergency and completed the job in a smart manner since they did not cut through the cabinets as I was thinking they would have to do. They also contacted a person to come and ensure there wasn't any water damage, and they came out for free.

One time, efficient and considerate

For some reason, over the past year or so, my house has been in need of a plethora of plumbing repairs and I always count on Emory to do them. I've had them out here for things as small as a clogged line and things as major as a water heater repair. Plumber Francisco was even kind enough to talk me through a minor issue with my garbage disposal recently, free of charge. Bravo.

We had a build up of corrosion on the pipes servicing the 100 gallon water heater at our apartment building. Allan checked out the situation and was able to come back the following day to cut out and replace the 1” pipe, union, and shut-off valve. We went ahead and also replaced the 30+ years old pressure regulator and building shut-off. Best to be proactive! He was able to re-position the pipe so it didn’t sit on the water heater vent (like it was before), and left the job site clean. I must say, he did some beautiful work. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do beforehand and did an excellent job.

Truly grateful to have found this company. I had a sewer line backup at my property during a very inconvenient time. (After a horrible experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter where after I waited 6 hours past the appointment they told me the line could not be cleared and required a $6,300 dig-up-the-yard repair) I called Plumbing tree for a second opinion.Freddy was very helpful and sent out Mickey immediately. Within about an hour of making the call the line was clear and Mickey did a thorough camera inspection of the entire system. He was 100% professional, going above and beyond at every opportunity.This is the only plumbing company I'll call from now on, they have earned customer for life.
