My water heater sprung a leak. Called Anderson plumbing and heating. Technician showed up ahead of scheduled time. I received a quote, from the technician. He replaced my water heater. Cleaned up after himself, he was courteous and wasn’t bothered with my questions. Overall, the service was outstanding. This was not the first time I have used Anderson , and it won’t be the last.

Way too pricey. they want a $200 just to look at a wall heater and then another $195 an hour. I can go buy a wall heater for that which I did. Your answer still come out and give you a quote for free. I thought you'd be at least look at the heater. All he did say $200 plus 195 an hour. Not how many hours it's going to take or anything. Got to go call them again for a heater

Called to service kitchen sink clog. Tech arrived and decided he had to disassemble the garbage disposal to access the line. He ran the snake up the pcv pipe . In process he damaged the end of the pipe so when he put it back together there was a leak which could not be repaired until the next day. I mentioned that I had a coupon for drain service. He said that I could not use it. Just don’t feel like I got good service from you.

It was 8pm and after a few calls to 24/7 plumbers, I contacted All Star Plumbing and Restoration. I wish I had called them first because Anthony was the most responsive and knowledgeable of our plumbing emergency and was able to help us immediately. He listened to us (when I was in somewhat of a panic about our flooding), provided us guidance, and informed us of what All Star can do to help any water damage. I’m beyond thankful for his professionalism and ultimately for being a genuine human being in a time where I was frustrated and stressed. I cannot thank him enough and will be saving All Star’s number for all my future plumbing and restoration needs. I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and family. Deceptive advertising . I was told by their office that their charge for a mainline was 89.00 if there was an accessible cleanout . There was and when their plumber arrived he gave me a charge of 292.00 to clear the mainline . I sent him on his way and called Bill How's Plumbing . I paid 119.00 to clear the mainline .
