After a few communication problems, Core Plumbing did take care of two leaky sinks. They also recommended and installed a water pressure regulator and a device on my hot water tank. They are good but expensive. Maybe the two go together I guess. Next time I will get another bid just to check. I had one of the guys look at a shower I want replaced and he said he would get back to me with a bid but no word so far.

On 6 Jan 2023 I had your company install a new water heater and water pressure regulator. All are working properly and your employee Donny was knowledgeable and cheerful. The concern I have are the water line connections on top of water heater. Photo attached shows shows a sharp bend in water line I thought was crimped. Donny assured me it would not be a problem and we checked when activated. I was stilled bothered today and so I wanted to show you what it looks like. It seems more line was used than necessary and so it's the workmanship thinking this could have been made more cleaner using less line. I paid a handsome price and thought the connections could have been better.I also would like to know are permits required when installing water heaters? In some cases they are but not sure of CA rules.Respectfully Submitted. Mike Long

We have used Bill Howe a number of times for various projects around our home. We bought our house in December 2020 and have since had people come out to do the following: look at damaged floor beams from a leaking toilet, replace the toilet, hook up our gas dryer (including drilling out a new exhaust port), evaluate our leaking AC system, and replace the entire HVAC system. We've been impressed with the service every time.They are good about being on time, notifying us when they are on their way (which is helpful when you have dogs that need to get put away), and everyone is always very friendly and professional. I feel that everyone who has come out has taken their time to make sure that the job is done right every time, and they always answer all of our questions.A few times we have had people come out to evaluate something (such as the leaking toilet), and they did not charge us for the advice. In the case of the toilet, we had tried fixing it ourselves, the tech came out and told us he thinks it would be cheaper/easier to replace it, but he was happy to try to fix it for us if that's what we wanted. We were not charged for this and opted to purchase the toilet ourselves and then have someone come out to install it. There was no pressure for us to have Bill Howe install it, we felt we were encouraged to do whatever made sense for us (install ourselves vs. hiring someone).Recently we had the entire HVAC system replaced, which is not a small or cheap job. Our system was 20+ years old and leaking. We had it evaluated by Enoch and the recommended course of action was to replace the system, we were given a quote the same day. We were never once pressured to go with Bill Howe for the job. We thought about it for a few days and eventually decided to go for it, Bill Howe was able to come out the next day and did the job in 2 days. They were timely and professional the whole way through.Everyone we have worked with at Bill Howe has been wonderful, we will continue to use them for our projects in the future.

I had issues with my daughter's toilet not draining. I called Mr. Roto rooter and they gave me an aftwrnoon appointment. I recieved a call an hour later saying they had freed up and could make it within 30 minutes. Rep. Luis arrived on time and gave me two possible scenarios. He was able to fix the issue using the snake. I was even given a coupon to use. I am happy I used this company. It even has a 30 day guarantee!

We are happy to have chosen Paws Plumbing because competent Eric came to install a water softener replacement which proved to be more complex and time-consuming the anticipated. He, nevertheless, maintained his friendly and informative manner. After the long instillation de disposed of the old unit and packaging of the new water softener. The cost was competitive (but more than I expected), but Eric earned every penny (dollar) of the payment to Paws Plumbing. Yes, I would use and recommend Paws Plumbing again.

Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

Colepepper pluming came to the rescue. I am the property manager of our complex. One of are units was experiencing a clog in the bathtub. Unfortunately our regular service plumber company kinda gave us the run around and almost a week without it being solved. The waste and over flow were in bad condition and along had a blockage farther down the line. They got their hydro jetter guy to come out and push the blockage down the line and got our overflow replaced (much needed)They provided me with videos and images. This is an old building so that’s expected. We will definitely used them for future pluming issues. Just remember if you have old buildings/old pipes it’s life expectancies are near the end.
