Jose was completely devoted to helping me and was wonderful. We've had precious plumbers for other issues in the past but none anywhere as knowledgeable as Jose. He is my go to guy from now on. This plumbing company, also DBA 247 Leakmasters, is THE BEST. The admin staff provides updates on their 2 hour arrival window, as well as the assigned plumber.The Master Plumber, Jake arrived as scheduled and provided a quick and accurate diagnosis of my slab leak. His estimate was reasonable and he was very patient in answering all my frantic questions regarding a slab leak. The quality of the repair work was great and it came with a 10 YEAR warranty on parts and labor. Thanks Jake.Not many plumbing companies that I'm aware of offers such warranty.This company will be our go to for future plumbing needs.

Calvin was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He investigated and found the problem, and explained what needed to be done including the cost of repair vs replacement. He also checked the piping under the kitchen and bathroom sinks for leaks and proper installation, as well as the water pressure. I would call on him again if needed.

As always, this is my Go-To plumbing company. 2 weeks prior I was on the road and a leak appeared outside on the public sidewalk. A friend staying at my house called the City of San Diego. They came out and said it was on owner's side and so the friend called their plumber. Needless to say, there was a backup inside my house (probably due to dirt and debris getting in the city line when repaired, and trouble ensued AFTER I was home and running a shower, toilet, and laundry on the same day. Courtesy Plumbing to the rescue. Same day service. All issues repaired, and despite me being willing to spend MORE money to pay for an additional fixture, they said it wasn't necessary. Honesty above a $450 part/job that I (the customer) was suggesting. Now how often does THAT happen?! Hard, REAL HARD to find honesty these days!!!! Do yourself a favor, put their number in your cell under Plumber of Choice and use them, refer them, tip them well. Your pipes will thank them, as do I!!!!!!

I called Colepepper Plumbing because I recall hearing the radio commercial many times on my commute and my wife & I finally had enough of the clogged shower drain in the main bath and the slow draining sink in the guest bath. The initial call to setup the appointment was easy to schedule; the receptionist Bethany (sp?) was pleasant and able to answer my questions whilst working with my schedule.I was surprised to get a phone call and text from the plumber, Andrew, as he was already at our house while I was wrapping up errands. I was originally told I would receive a call/text 40 minutes before the plumber arrives. Thankfully, I was less than 5 minutes away from home at the time.Once at home, Andrew was quick to assess both issues and after his estimate, made quick work of both the clogged shower drain and slow sink drain. I would not hesitate to use Colepepper Plumbing again, if the need arose.

Professional, positive and can do attitude in person and on the phone. They were able to come out right away, followed up and even came back to make sure everything was working ok with our new faucet.

Professional, Prompt, and Thorough work

The main water pipeline in my house had broken and water had filled inside my house. We needed an immediate response and fix. Many plumbers in Orange County refused to help at such short notice then my brother contacted EZ Plumbing USA. He had taken their service before so he knew they could help us and he was right. After getting our request, the team immediately arrived and repaired the water pipeline. I’m really grateful to them for saving us during the emergency!!!!!!
