Today Shawn came to clear a pipe and install a new water softener. He called ahead, was on time and worked efficiently, leaving a spotless workplace. I had a water heater going bad so I called the company through warranty, I had to call then 2 times just so I can schedule an appointment, even though they were suppose to call me the next business day. Anyways the finally came and took 5 to 10 minutes and just reset the water heater and said that it was my breaker. The next day it went out again so I asked for a different company and took about 30 minutes to actually figure out what's wrong with it, and it was the heater element of the water heater.We went with the other contractor through rheem and they're the ones that fixed it

Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

I needed a plumber to unclog the toilet in my bedroom. I was sick of using a plunger!! I Googled plumber and Rotorooter came up first. They sent a wonderful plumber, Dave S, out to me and he fixed the problem within 5 minutes. I also got 75 bucks off for donating canned food. Can't beat that! They were responsive to me the whole time, sending text messages and letting me know the status of his arrival. Great service, great price, will definitely use again and definitely recommend.
