My water heater was really old and needed to be replaced. The staff was responsive and the plumbers were friendly & very knowledgeable! They installed a new water heater & checked my water pressure.Will definitely recommend to all my friends & family

The office staff and plumbers at Bluefrog offer great customer service. I have used Bluefrog to fix in door minor plumbing issues (replace toilet, leaky water heater) and also for an emergency water main leak - in all instances they knew how to fix the problems immediately and they left my home as clean as when they entered. Also I had a full home plumbing inspection done and was given a list of plumbing areas that were not 100% but was not pressured to address anything on the list. Both techs who serviced my home, Michael and Kyle, provided quality on-site service, were very timely at providing service, and very patient and knowledgeable in answering my questions.

Leaking toliet, came to trouble shoot found a leaking supply line, replaced toliet, Josh and Joel very polite and professional.

Visited the location on a recommendation online. We needed a part that was hard to find and were told this place had all kinds of parts and pieces for older plumbing and it was our best bet.I will say hes very knowledgeable, he knows his parts and problems with different models. But customer service could be worked on.We visited with the part in hand and sure enough the owner had a few items he said were a match. We described the problem we were having and he told us this was sure to fix it. The part wasn't cheap and was laying loose with no package, but he said it was cheaper than replacing the entire faucet and that the part was new. He also made out like the sink we were repairing was a high quality sink, but it was a low end brand that was 30+ years old.After installing the part we still had the same problem as before. At this point we didn't know what else to try, so I called the store and told him the faucet was still leaking and he told us there was nothing else he could do. I asked if maybe the part he sold us was bad, he acted as if this was impossible even though it was not in a package, and then proceeded to tell me he would be doing us a favor if he allowed us to exchange it since it was now used and I cant sell it.I returned back to the store with the part, exchanged it for another one and left. To make a long story short, I ended up replacing the whole faucet. I cant blame him for whatever was causing our problem, but the attitude I received when I told him the part didn't fix the problem turned me off from referring anyone there.Had he just exchanged the part and said I cant exchange it again if this doesn't work or offered some credit towards something else to fix the problem I would have been a happy customer.Parts Availability 8/10Parts Pricing 7/10Customer Service 5/10

Mitch came out to snake out our kitchen sink, once you get to talk to this man, you get that feeling of knowing you found the right person, not only did he replace our water heater, he also ran new piping and connectors to ensure we wouldnt have any other issues as the existing pipes were a little outdated, dont waste your time looking for anybody else. I simply had to come back and add to this review. This time we had an air conditioner emergency on a Sunday after hours. The company was so responsive and made me feel like a VIP customer. Mario was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. Throughout the entire time, he kept a positive and friendly attitude. There was no point in which I felt like a burden for needing assistance. He answered all of my questions and provided extremely helpful education. This was a great experience that will leave a lasting positive impression!I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to respond! I had an emergency after hours and had a plumber dispatched out in no time! The agency made sure to contact me when Andrew was on the way, and then I received a text letting me know more about him so I could know who to expect. He was very professional and courteous. He gave a great quote and worked quickly to get the water back on. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
