Best Faucet Installation in San Antonio TX

Charged me over $500 to tell me there was leak behind my shower tile then after we removed the tile so they could fix the leak he came back and said there was no leak and charged me over $800 to change some pvc. They also left a ton of trash in my bathroom, I feel like I got robbed in my own home and now I have to clean the mess they left.

We have used this company for many years. They are very good at what they do. The guys are knowledgeable, clean cut, polite and show up on time.

These guys are great and professional. They came out to fix a leak from the main waterline and were fantastic from the first phone call. Set an appointment right away, called to let me know they were on the way and did an awesome job.

Update: I was able to reschedule with them promptly. They came out, removed the build up for a reasonable cost. I even ended up paying for their annual membership.I scheduled them to come out while my wife was home and I was at work. They looked at the drain, ran water, said nothings wrong with it and left.Yes, the water drains. No, it’s not fine. There is visible build up right inside the drain that you can see with nothing other than a flashlight.

Very pricy... replaced a short pipe on exterior of house had to remove a 12 x 12 square of exterior siding to access. But $700 seemed a bit steep. Maybe $100 in parts....but to their credit they were quick to arrive on a Sunday.

We moved unto our new house and our AC went out our first night! This company came the same day and were super professional. We had the same technician both times, Marco B. and he was super professional, friendly, prompt (even earlier than expected which was awesome) and highly communicative. We will definitely be using this company in the future! Our AC is up and running within 24 hours!

So I scheduled an appointment to get my drain unclogged for Monday and they called the Friday before saying they could send a guy out Saturday. They came as scheduled gave me a quote for the work. He apparently didn’t have the right tool so he went to get it, got set up and 5 minutes later he was packed up and leaving. Said his machine was broken and I should call another company to do the work. Wasted my Saturday morning. Very unprofessional

Same day service. I was quoted a price over the phone. After the technical arrived he said there was no need to replace everything in the toilet tank. Therefore I paid about 1/4 of the price I was expecting to pay.

Aaron was absolutely great. The communication and responsiveness of Will’s was excellent. Aaron gave me upfront answers to my questions and was honest about the repair. As a result, I opted to get a more permanent fix instead of a ‘’temporary solution’. Candor and honesty are hard to deliver without grace and humility, and Aaron had both. Definitely a great experience!!

Mr. Fernando arrived soon, even though it was Easter evening.He identified the cause of the problem very quickly and accurately.
