Best Drain Cleaning in San Antonio TX

Had a leak between the city meter and my house. Water was going into the street. They fixed the leak and brought the connection up to code. Showed up on time ready to go to work.

Cleared slow running lines; replaced toilet seat; repaired sink drain; checked out water heater and tested water temperature at each location; replaced shower head.

I contacted American Auger after getting an outrageous quote from another company. They were extremely responsive and gave me a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them for any other plumbing issues we might have.

A bit pricey for the work that was needed. My house is only 3 years old and needed to just do a basic cleaning/inspection. Charged $325 and all he did was unclog a couple of drains.

My shower blender valve broke this morning while stuck in the on position. I called first response and they were able to get here faster than quoted. They sent a plumber and an apprentice. The guys were great! They had my valve replaced and everything back in its place in 15 minutes flat. They were real good about answering any questions I had. The price was very reasonable for what they did. I would definitely use them again.

I got home around 11:30PM to find a bedroom and part of the garage flooded. I did a Google search for plumbers but Will's All Pro Plumbing was the only service able to respond to the call at that time, and was able to do so within 30min. They were very courteous and professional. I received text message updates that the technician was on his way, and was provided a photo of the technician and his rating. Benjamin Tracy was quick to assess the whereabouts of the leak and was able to stop the leak promptly. The repair costs also didn't send me into a panic, they were very reasonable for the work that had to be done. They were also affiliated with a restoration business that was able to provide me an estimate to repair the water damage so I could submit the estimate to the insurance company. I highly recommend this business!

Julian and his apprentice were very thorough and professional with my tankless water heater service. They explained before hand what they would be doing and then followed up with photos detailing the outcome.

Joe and his assistant arrived earlier than scheduled. The problems turned out to be greater than I had described. In addition to two known leaks, they found a fatal problem with the garbage disposal. They worked quickly and had all of the necessary parts, including a new disposal unit on the truck. Clean up was thorough, and the price was fair. I'll be calling again for a shower repair in my guest bath.

Honest & reliable. Tsanko replaced our hot water heater. He's our go to plumber.

After work was performed and a final invoice was presented I was told the service fee would be credited back .however after the tech left and I made my payment by Discover card I saw that the invoice did not reflect the service credit. A manager did call me to tell me that he understood and was going to have that credit restored back to my Discovercard but that has not happened and it’s been four days. I’m hoping it’s just a timing issue. Can someone follow up?

Had called another plumbing company at 7 AM and told it would be two days before they could schedule. Call Caliente and they arrived in four hours. Jeremy knew exactly what the issues were and fix the issue. Price was very reasonable and Jeremy shared his knowledge how to prevent this from happening. Will only call Caliente going forward.
