Contacted Bluefrog plumbing for water softener plumbing and install estimate after having two other estimates one from a big box store and another from a local water softener company ($3200 - $7100+). Bluefrog took the time and evaluated my home not what's easiest for them. Bluefrog saved me $2K for 50 feet of trenches that I didn't need. It has been a pleasure doing business with this company and I will use them in the future.

Ask for Peter S. If possible, he was friendly and walked me through everything he planned on doing. Glad I now have a plumber I feel comfortable calling without worrying about paying an arm and a leg or worrying about the quality of work. He removed an old water softener that was leaking, showed up same day as I called.

I have called them twice for my air conditioner and both times they saved me and my pets from sitting in a hot house. They're fast, friendly and experienced. Matt came out the first time and Chris the second time. They were not only friendly with me but with my pets as well and that means a great deal to me. They come out and look at it for free and you can't beat the price when they fix it. I will never call anyone else. I recommendon't them to any and everyone. Call them first and you won't be disappointed. You're the best thanks from me and my pets.

Citybase plumbing was willing to come out and give a free estimate on several items on our new house. Many other plumbers in the area wanted to charge a fee just to come and give an estimate. Not only were they timely, responsive, and kind, their prices were very reasonable. Their staff was very knowledgeable. In addition, Raul was very thoughtful in his suggestions and offered multiple options to address our needs.

They made an appointment never showed up. 3 to 4 days waited on them canceled with them and we will never call them again. We called a different company came 30min after we called them and problem solved. And alot cheaper too.

Michael “Angel” came out and diagnosed the problem right away and contacted company to come out and assist with water damage and mold.

This company is fantastic! Fernando, who has helped us out once before, is on it again, fixing another LGI plumbing issue we have. It's our faucet on the outside, for the water hose. It had a steady leak because it was faulty. Fernando replaced it. It works fine now.He also looked at our water main and figured out why the meter box and the irrigation access were flooded. It sprung a leak due to the pressure being too high. Fernando gave us solution options and plenty of information. We will call him back for all things plumbing.

We had a problem with a toilet that would not flush. Gill Plumbing had good reviews. We called them not hoping for much, as it was 10:00 on the Friday before a 3 day holiday. Much surprised to hear he would try to be here after 2 jobs and estimated 1:00...hooray!! He got here about 2:15 and went right to work. The two guys were here for 3 hours and also repaired another toilet. We were very pleased with the way they worked and their price was fair. We will definitely use them again.

After interviewing some of San Antonio's top Plumbing Companies, Big City Plumbing far surpassed any of them on Service, Professionalism and most of all HONESTY! They also found and shared with me other issues that may cause problems in the future that had nothing to do with my current issue. Very nice and did a great job at a fair price while other Plumbing companies were outrageous in price for the job. Travis the owner came out along with Tye and Toby and were amazing! Customer for life!

Highly recommend this company! Russell was very professional and quick to fix our leaking pipe and constantly flowing toilet. Definitely knows what he’s doing and is reasonably priced. Would definitely call again in the future for any plumbing issues!
