I preface this review by saying that I was informed ahead of requesting service that the first hour was a flat rate of $170, nonrefundable and for every 30 minutes it was another $85. This is not listed on their website and was only reported once. That being said. The repairman Lee was sent my way, arrived on time, took 1 hour to diagnose that my kitchen faucet and its set of accessories did not have the rubber stoppers to seal out water (the cause of my slow leak). He then said I could have everything put back and not get water up there or we could put stoppers/sealant. At this point one hour in is $170.I figured that it was worth getting the stoppers placed. To place these stoppers (4 in all) took 2 hours. This was not a time or labor intensive process. Additionally he only replaced two stoppers with one being inappropriately sized. This is a Kohler sink set, and they use their products. Our total bill was $441 (with tax) with $7 in itemized service and parts. (I was told that he kept it to a minimum to keep the charges low).I cannot speak for the company as a whole or other repair technicians in the company. If the send you Lee PLEASE ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Get the service in the morning only to minimize them wasting time at the end of their work day, go to their website get the coupons on there (THEY DON'T MENTION OR OFFER) and please, please, please take pictures of everything they do.

The technician was very helpful and responsive. He quickly resolved two pressing matters concerning the house's plumbing. If I have to make another call I hope it's the same plumber.

I called to get a quote on adding just an expansion tank, was told it would be 250. As soon as the plumber arrived, he immediately starting tell me additional work I needed, which I didn’t ask for or want. He then proceeded to argue with me about my inspection report and how I could get sued if I didn’t fix everything on it. Once I told him I was a licensed realtor and I wasn’t paying for that and knew the law he backed off. 10 mins later he was done with the expansion tank and asked for 350. He explained it needed some additional things so we settled on 300 but I still felt ripped off.Fast forward a few days later, the hot water in the kitchen sink wasn’t coming on, then my wife told me the plumber made her turn it on to flush the line when he was doing the expansion tank. It was clear something (later found out it was plumbers putty) from the expansion tank clogged the line to the kitchen sink. The office was extremely professional and nice and sent a guy to fix it. Different guy and within 30 seconds of walking into my home he proceeded to tell me other things I needed to do to get my house up to code. After arguing again about the real estate laws I know, we moved onto the sink. He noticed hot water wasn’t coming on and said I needed to replace the entire faucet set and he would have to charge me! I said your plumber caused this and he replied no he didn’t, things happen randomly all the time...it literally happened at the exact moment he told me wife to turn the hot water on. All that being said, after arguing that I wasn’t going to pay for anything he told me the problem was the cartridge and it was very difficult to find so bc of that I needed a new entire set. So he left without fixing the problem they caused. Later that day I took apart the hoses connecting the sink and wow, full of plumbers putty from the expansion tank, cleaned it out, hot water problem solved. It’s a long winded review but as a realtor and consumer, I would never recommend this company, they have high pressure sales tactics trying to make up fake rules and laws to get you to do work that is not needed. Move onto other must trustworthy companies.

Mitch was awesome from the second he came in he took care of everything quickly and was honest about what needed to be done to solve our problem. He came right after we called on a Saturday no hesitation no waiting. Helped us out a great deal and we are so grateful! We will definitely be recommending.

So I've used Will's All Pro for about 3 years. They have regularly serviced my unit and I have been happy to use them for my home up until today. I'm selling my home and a licensed home inspector said that all that needed to be done was to clean the air condenser coils in order to sell my home under my current contract. I quickly called Will's and asked for a quote to clean the coils. They said they needed to charge me a 69 dollar fee just to go out and see what I need. I told them that is unnecessary because I know exactly what I need as it was stated by the inspector. I asked for a simple quote, I just need the coils cleaned. They put me on hold to talk to a supervisor since I said I would shop elsewhere if they didn't just give me a quote for a straight forward job. When the supervisor got on the phone they said to answer a call to a home for inspection repairs the fee would be $199 before they could verify what needed to be done. So that's how a 3 year returning customer is treated! After I've used them for service on a rolling basis they can't even give me a quote for a straight forward job. Now I'm shopping from out of state and other AC companies are giving me quotes because I have an exact description of what needs to be done. This company charges ridiculous service fees to faithful customers to pad their wallets when the job needed to be done has been defined. I give them 2 stars because their service up to this point has been great, punctual, and professional. But today I felt like they were one of those companies who only give the best service to new customers and not faithful ones. Sorry Will's All Pro, you've lost my business forever.

I can not say enough great things about City Base Plumbing! We met them by chance when our Rheem Electric Water Heater had a recall on it and they were the company licensed to have the recall fixed for free, and i am so glad we met them!Marisol is always a pleasure to speak with in the office! The team, Rudy and Angel, worked so quick and efficiently. I had initially one toilet that I bought installed by them, best price for the warranty on labor and craftsmanship after calling several places for quotes. Then we loved it so much we asked questions about what was needed for our guest bathroom toilet, they helped with this and I purchased a second toilet to have them come back at a later date to install that one as well. They also educated us on our water pressure, what it means, what it can do if too high or too low, and gave us quotes for their services offerred to fix ours which was reading well above what it should have been per SAWS site as well. There was no pressure to do this, they just simply educated us on what it was, the issues that could come down the road, why water pressure changes, etc, then left us with not one but 4 different options should we decide to get it fixed! We appreciated the knowledge and thoroughness so much that my husband and I decided to have them correct our water pressure issue as well, and so glad we did! I can not stress enough the value you get for your money as well as the impeccable service they provide. I WON'T USE ANYONE ELSE, they are my go to for my plumbing needs and recommend them always!

They work closely with the home warranty companies (AHS in this case). Typical covered damages are diagnosed as “normal wear” or “unique” faults that exclude them from coverage. Newly installed fixture breaks and gets labeled “normal wear”. Greased palms by AHS and other slimeball companies designed to never pay out. $500 for chewing gum temp solution and no follow up. Keep looking if you have an emergency.

We had a water softener leak in the yard & call Caliente for repair. Our technician Jeremy Bogue was on time and very down to earth. He explained the repairs and what it entailed. When the repairs were completed, he even took the time to roll up our water hose & hooked it back up on the rack. Meant alot to us because we’ve had repairs from other companies & they’ve left a mess. I recommend them & they are permanent part of our repair team!

I called this plumber at 8:11am on Friday the 24th for a backed up toilet said he would be here by 11:30 said he would be here after he picked up a permit in Helotes. Never got a phone call that he would be running late. Finally called him at 3:30 he did not answer so I left him a message. Finally got a call back after 4pm apologizing. This plumber did not even have the decency to give me an update as to his time frame. Called another plumber.

I just moved back to help take care of my parents and we had a minor leak a couple of months ago in their home and needed a plumber ASAP. My brother gave me a couple of names and numbers and Will's Plumbing was the one that answered their phone (it was after hours on a Saturday night). They came out within the hour and helped remedy the issue and returned that following Monday morning to complete the job. We had another plumbing issue that needed to be addressed and they promptly came out again and took care of replacing an old cast iron pipe. My parent's house is almost 60 years old and they have lived in it this whole time. Although this immediate issue was resolved, it's opened up another issue that at some point will need to be addressed. It's a difficult decision for my parent's to face but I want to thank Will's Plumbing-Josh and Joseph for being very courteous, professional and patient in explaining the process to myself and my parents.Thank you.

Just a heads up for any potential new customers, Angie Gonzalez is the office manager for JR'S Plumbing. This may help your decision when reading her review...They rarely have licensed plumbers doing the actual plumbing work. If you live in housing provided by the government, then they will be the plumber you want however, if you own your own home, be careful...

Nathan arrived promptly and did the work in a most expedient and professional manner. All issues were resolved. I did not know that such work could be done in such a short period of time. There was even a bathroom sink that was not functioning properly. He identified the issue and repaired it.Was very much pleased with the pricing as well. Would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.
