The crew (Brian & Anthony) that provided the estimate also performed the electrical work. They were outstanding! They were: on-time, professional, quick, efficient, courteous, clean, responsive to any of our questions, and made sure we were happy with the final product. Great company and crew to work with! Unprofessional, could not provide me a same day quote. After I started talking with the guy he clearly had no clue what he was doing and the install team had to come behind and clean up his mess.Install guys were great but their sales guy was very disappointing in communicating with his team what was to be done and the exact price.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! I just moved into my new home in San Antonio and Bell Electric perform upgrade wiring for automatic coffee maker brought from Germany that is 220v and install six light/exhaust fan motion sensors throughout my home. Bell Electric is awesome. The wife and I are so happy to once again use our favorite automatic coffee maker and motion sensors work perfect and will ultimately save energy. Came to rewire my entire home and did an excellent job. i purchased 2 ring cameras and the electrician broke both cameras during installation. Trying to remedy the situation with this company was a real struggle. Great job on the panel installation but i would never use them again. Customer service and accountability for mistakes is low.

Two of my circuit breakers went out. I decided to go on the BBB to get a reputable electrician.The receptionist was professional and courteous. I was able to make a same day appointment. The electrician was running ahead of time, professional, and efficient.The company honored the Military discount and also took $10.00 off for the review. Plus there is a 2yr warranty on their parts.I will use their services again in the future.Hopefully I won't have to ?
