The two technicians that came to my home to perform the job were professional and quick. They offered and recommended true additional tasks and replacement parts that were needed.The final bill was reasonable and fair for the value received. Hire them!

Had hot water heater flushed & water level in toilet tank adjusted. Tony was efficient, honest, professional and not overpriced like most plumbers. I'll be using him as my plumber from now on!!

The customer service of this company was excellent! We had an emergency leak outside and no other company would help. Bluefrog was able to get someone scheduled for us and was exactly at the time estimated! Matt was great, friendly and committed to fixing our problem so we could have water running in our home again!

I have to admit I was a little apprehensive, because of the fact I had four previous plumbing Co. who either were too lazy to get to work or wrote me an outrageous quote. Mr. Rooter San Antonio came through though. I met four of their plumbers and all were great people, not only that but they fixed my issue as quickly as possible and did a good job. Management Jerry and Ryan were understanding and fair with pricing, a lot more than any other large plumbing would be (my opinion). All in all I will call Mr. Rooter San Antonio for any other issues I have; granted they do not go up on prices like other companies. I would also recommend them to anyone that ask me about a good plumber.P.S I hate roots!!!!

Fantastic technicians! Frank Rocha came out to check water softener and test water, very knowledgeable and honest!

These guys live up to their name. They gave Rockstar service. I called them on Saturday morning to see if they had time to fix a shower leak. They were booked for the day but he said he would make time for me if he finished early. Sure enough he called me back later and set a time for me same time day. Guy is super nice and explained my options. He also had a notebook with set prices for the work so you know that your are not getting screwed. The menu price is the same for everyone. After calling multiple plumbers for two days and getting no call backs it was nice to have a plumber who lived up to his word and got things fixed fast. This is my goto plumber from now on. I can't stress enough how nice and professional this team is.

Excellent, excellent service from these folks. I spent two weeks struggling to resolve an issue with our water heater using excessive electricity. After some inspecting on my own, Premier came out and fixed things up nicely.I went thru two plumbers before connecting with Premier. First plumbers didn't even attempt to assist with figuring out the issue. They stared at the water heater, listened to our issues, and happily recommended a $5,000 water softener, indicating that it would absolutely solve the problem. Second place was helpful, as they did some routine maintenance the water heater, but not much more. They also listened to our issues, and happily recommended a $5,000 water softener.I took matters into my own hands, and did some inspecting on my own. I discovered a leaking hot water line under our house (crawl space). I rang up Premier, as they're one of the few plumbers nearby that offered Saturday services. They showed up on time, and quickly verified that the issue I identified was indeed what was causing problems. They quoted me a price, which was very fair, and got to work. After about an hour and half, they'd repaired the leak.These guys were on time, professional, clean, and courteous. Saturday was a rainy day...they even took time to use shoe covers when coming into the house. Their work carries a 1 year warranty, too. Really, for the price we paid, the services we received were awesome.

Tsanko was always upfront and honest with us. He looked at a job, gave a price, and stuck with that price. He also knows how to the job. You'll get first rate service at reasonable prices.

You should expect them to call you an hour before arrival and tell you they won't be coming. Save yourself the hassle and schedule someone else you can rely on.

Edit: Shortly after I left the review, Joe reached out to me, he came back, re-diagnosed the toilet and fixed the problem. He also changed a fixture complimentary to make up for the original misdiagnosis.I had the misfortune of being assigned to this company by home warranty. They came, took my co-pay, and didn't do the job. Instead asked to open another claim and DIY it. When the warranty company tried to contact them, they were unable to get a hold of them.
