I highly recommend Red Brass Plumbing. They are licensed, honest and reliable. I had a leak on my water main and they came out within an hour on a Saturday morning. All the plumbers I called before could not come out until much later. The charge was reasonable and I was not without water for long. Thank you Mitch!!

Fast service. Called Wednesday night, showed up Thursday morning on time. Super nice guy, Julian. Explained everything that needed to be done and made the repair pretty quick. He knows what he's doing. He even gave me advice on what to look for, plumbing wise, when purchasing a new home. This was the second time I have used them. Very happy with service.

A big shout out to Rockstar Plumbing!! Had an emergency on Sunday, called Rockstar Plumbing and David came to the rescue.. He was on point!!!!! He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, dependable and efficient. He was detailed and did an exceptional job! We had to call him out a second time on another plumbing issue during the week after 6 PM and came over immediately. Rockstar is our go to company for all our plumbing needs. Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

We have used Big City Plumbing many times. They are always friendly and professional. Our sewer line backed up. Horrible! I called Big City at 6:46 am and left message on machine. To my surprise I received a call back at 7:05 am. The woman that called was very understanding and said they would check their schedule, but would have someone out same day and she would call me back with time, etc. She called back at 1032 am and told me Joey would be at my house within 3 hours. She asked me the standard COVID questions and assured me everyone would wear a mask and would abide by COVID protocols. I really like the fact that Big City sends a text before arrival with a picture and some information on workers. Joey and Louis arrived on time and both were professional, yet friendly. They checked the problem, gave me a price and my options and got the job done. Masks were worn at all times. They are a good representation of Big City. I want to thank Big City again for prompt action. I know with the recent freeze, they must have been very busy, but made the time to help a previous customer. And because you never know about plumbing, I’m sure a future customer.

My Thermal Water Expansion Tank developed a bad leak. I called Choice Home Warranty who sent the aforementioned Plumbing Company to my residence. Upon observation of my Water Heater and its ancillary system Joe shared with me, in great detail, that I did not need a Thermal Expansion Tank on my water heater. A previous plumber who installed my new water heater a few years ago said that I needed the Thermal Water Expansion Tank. What I liked most was that Joe was very knowledgeable about our water heater and the city ordinance requirements. 10 stars for the aforementioned Plumbing Company.

I called Will’s Plumbing Testing Service on a Saturday after our upstairs bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. To my surprise an answering service didn’t answer - a live person took my call! I scheduled the emergency service and it was a short wait time for the plumber, Aaron Saenz, to arrive.Aaron was very professional and courteous. He asked questions, checked things, and then explained what needed to be done. He removed the things from underneath the sink for me, and put it back when he was done. Aaron even gave me some tips on keeping the drain clear as part of our own home maintenance to avoid emergencies such as the one I had. I thought that was very kind!When it came to prices and payment, I was impressed with how they were able to help us save money. I will definitely call Will’s Plumbing Testing Service for future plumbing needs, and I will recommend them to others too!!
