Our plumber came out and was very thorough and professional. He took the time to explain the diagnosis and answer all of my many questions. I felt like he was genuinely interested in fixing the problem and making sure we had peace of mind. I never felt like he was trying to rush out of there. Great interaction start to finish. Initially called them out for a checkup on our AC units (heat pumps). Two were old and were leaking. Gave us a competitive replacement price. We agreed, got approved for financing and scheduled for installation the next day! Our installer, Fabian, was fantastic. Got both units installed, and thermostats programmed in one day! My water line from my garage to the 3 outdoor faucets is leaking (slab leak). The solution is to redirect the water line to the attic above the garage than run the water line to the manifold feeding the valves (installing a 3/4 PEX insulated water line). Since it's a major job I talked to 4 different plumbing companies -- after I review the specifications of their scope of works I selected the CMC.Here is the reason why I selected CMC Plumbing Solutions:1. What professionals! From the start with each of the two gentlemen that showed up, Romeo and Pedro, saying yes sir and no sir. After they removed an old failed hot water tank, there were literally 3 drops on a tile floor. Romeo saw this, went out to his truck and came back with a paper towel in hand to wipe it down. Without a doubt, this is THE plumbing company to call for anything. Talk about honesty...They are honest and fair. I had to argue to get them to charge me for some of their work which they said was just a complimentary service. I get that, but if they do the work, they need to be paid. Call them now if you need Any plumbing work! You will be glad you did.
