Professional, upfront, honest and trustworthy. All characteristics that's hard to find when in need of a plumbing company. Their work is top notch and affordable!

They upgraded my hot water heater to meet code and replaced the tank under warranty. Fast forward to less than two months later and we’re without hot water. They told me I had to contact the manufacturer and wouldn’t come out to see if it was their workmanship or the water heater. Turns out we figured out 4 months later that it was their workmanship and they refused to come out even though we notified them the first time within their timeframe. Even if they give you longer warranty options at a cost, they’re workmanship should last longer than 120 days.

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

I'm use to plumbers cleaning up after themselves..not here! And after removing toilet and using auger, not sure if he put a new wax ring in.He did not calk around toilet . Spent last hour cleaning pd $507.00 and thats with a coupon for $75.00....we will not make this mistake again.

He asked a few questions, did a check and diagnosed the problem quickly. Provided a quote in a few minutes that was very reasonable. Was done in hour replacing the regulator. Will use Tietze for future work.

We had a problem with a toilet that would not flush. Gill Plumbing had good reviews. We called them not hoping for much, as it was 10:00 on the Friday before a 3 day holiday. Much surprised to hear he would try to be here after 2 jobs and estimated 1:00...hooray!! He got here about 2:15 and went right to work. The two guys were here for 3 hours and also repaired another toilet. We were very pleased with the way they worked and their price was fair. We will definitely use them again.

Big City Plumbing has done many jobs in my house for reseating toilets, burning off epoxied kitchen faucets, same issue with garbage disposal but not burned off, to installing a new water valve and pipes to the bathtub.
