I could not be happier with the service I received after my hot water heater broke and had to be replaced! Joe was very professional and they got the job done in under 5 hours (and mine is up in the attic!). The staff that I've talked to on the phone were also very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Service was on time and AC mechanic was nice and friendly! One wish was a better warranty, just bought a 12000 dollar ac system and now I have a clogged drain of some sort and now it’s another 230$ but I guess it is what it is. Service was quick and efficient though

Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature). I would definitely recommend Mitch for any plumbing needs you have.

AC went out on a Saturday, had an appointment with another AC company for Monday morning. But they were a no show on Monday morning. We had already suffered through a long weekend of horrible heat. Called Will’s All Pro and they had a tech, Matthew, out in less than an hour. He found the problem, ordered repair part, and scheduled the appointment for install the next morning. Moses and assistant showed up promptly at 9 the next morning and within 2 hours I had cool air again. From start to finish everyone was very courteous and professional. Great company! We’ll be using them again!

My pipes were shaking the previous plumber didn’t install my water heater correctly. They fixed it immediately. Not expensive either. They answer their phone too and are on time.

Amazing service!After requesting a service online, the response was very quick. I received a call back no later that 20 minutes and 30 minutes later David showed up to make the work needed. He was very courteous, professional and guided us thru the next steps, since we need to go thru the insurance company to complete the job.I totally recommend Roto-Rooter!

I have used this company in the past, very professional. I have an older house and I's slowing upgrading/repairing things. They have been great when it comes to letting me know when something needs to be replaced now, or if they can repair it and have it replaced later. They are reasonable when it it comes to price and timely when they make their appointments.

This company was hired by my homeowner's insurance (American Home Shield) and I know that there is definitely something up with both. I already dropped AHS and moved to another homeowner's company, and would NEVER hire A&M. The customer service is trash. The technician I had was unprofessional and didn't care about my problem; didn't fix it either. AHS didn't hold them accountable. I dropped them both and went over to John Wayne and the difference is night and day.

My biggest concern as a general contractor is to find the best the diamond in the rubble. Everyone knows that their are a ton of plumbers out their .trust me I have been through many However to find the one that does quality work, has the knowledge to do the work, and then right the first time is the diamond in the rubble. I don't like reinventing the wheel. Once I have found the right company ; I stick with them. We strive on being the best in everything and in order to be the best you have to work with the best .
