I left a message on George Plumbing's phone and had a call back within 5 minutes and an appointment for late afternoon with the assurance that if a slot opened beforehand I would get a call (really appreciated that as I had the water to the house shut off). Within thirty minutes I got a call that a team was on the way. Within no time Dan and Austin assessed the problem and quickly replaced my Hose Bibb. the work was done in a timely manner and the cost was consistent with what I was quoted on the phone. Dan and Austin were friendly, careful of my property, and explained what was needed and what might be needed. Thanks to all of you for such great service. Chambliss Plumbing Company is hands down my go-to plumbing company in San Antonio. When I first moved here, I had them install a water softener loop, water softener, and line for my refrigerator. I'm not going to lie, it was expensive and it took a bit of time to pay off the credit card, but getting quotes from other companies, their price was VERY reasonable, especially for the quality of work.Since then, I have recommended them to others who have had no complaints.Most recently, I was trying to get our main drain cleared from a clog. I thought that our home warranty would be a cheaper way to get it cleared, but $150, 2 service calls, and a lot of grief later, the clog was just as bad as ever. I called Chambliss and they came and cleared the clog right away with zero issues. They spent the time to do it right and make sure it was fully cleared and tested it several times to make sure everything was perfect. Best of all, the price was not much more than the service calls and the home warranty said they would cover it. I regret not trying to get the home warranty company to let me use them as opposed to the companies they chose in the first place and will definitely do so in the future. Home warranty or not, the price was very reasonable and well worth it.

I was highly disappointed with the HVAC service I received from Wills All-Pro/Goettle for a number of reasons.1. First and foremost, I'm upset because of the carelessness from the HVAC tech. A piece of PVC pipe/cap was removed from the condensate drain line valve during maintenance. He didn't replace it, and over two months my line backed up and began to slowly drip from that spot. I found the piece lying in the attic insulation, replaced it and it stopped leaking. The water soaked the mat under my HVAC system, the plywood and beams it was sitting on, and soaked through to the sheetrock ceiling in my garage (the water spots was how we discovered this).When I called them, they sent someone out to inspect the problem. I told them I had fixed it but wanted someone to inspect and mitigate the water damage. The tech (a different person) was very kind and professional, but after talking to his boss he said they would not replace the wood or mat under the HVAC and that the drain was installed wrong (another company installed it). When I said I understood that the slope of the drain line needs to be fixed, but the short term problem was his tech left the pvc piece off which caused the damage. He said we can't prove that, and its a he said she said situation. I acknowledge I can't prove this, but I know no one else has touched the drain line since the HVAC check up in July and was frustrated that this is how they treat their customers and don't own up to their mistakes.2. I scheduled a tune up for June, they called the day of and said they had to reschedule, and the soonest available was in August. They called me in July because and opening became available, but it made me feel my business wasn't important to them if they could push my appointment off 2 months.3. They tried to bill me twice. I paid at the time of service and was sent another bill mid-September. I emailed the receipt promptly and it was cleared up, but this shows lack of organization and it was a waste of my time.

Didn't like the fact I paid$59 dollar's for them to come out and tell me what they could have told me over the phone.
