Ernest and his son came out to my husband and I’s house to fix some faulty work done by a different company. They did an excellent job, it was like a work of art compared to the previous work.

Mr Rooter really saved the day for us. Their plumber was able to diagnose the issue, and quickly run a new gas line and identify two leaks in one day. We were kept informed of what was being done, and of their progress, and there was a genuine desire to want to solve the problem, instead of just re-piping the entire home.

My AC stopped cooling at 10:00P on a Saturday night. After calling 4 other companies. Getting the run around and poor customer service, I finally reached out to 1st call. Daniel answered the phone and put my concern for finding someone who cared about my problem to rest. He was kind, professional, nice and had a sense of urgency to get someone out to my house quickly! A few hours later, Chris showed up to my 85 degree house with a smile on his face and on time! He immediately got to work and and had pin pointed this issue within 10 minutes. He explained the issue in depth and told me what it would take to fix it. He wasn’t a pushy salesman. He was truly there to help and for that I am so thankful! He changed out my capacitor and then did a diagnostic. Putting the stress and worry of having to replace my AC as ease. He gave my family service that we didn’t know still existed! He was honest, fun to work with, knowledgeable, quick and efficient! He has a customer for life and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. If you need AC or plumbing service, look no further! Had a toilet that we couldn't get unclogged. Called and Tino Gutierrez arrived shortly after. He was able to remove the qtip clog thanks to my 3yr old ?

Our AC motor went out on a Saturday. Mario came out, assessed the situation and said he would contact us Monday morning because he needed to see if they had any motors in stock. . He contacted us early Monday morning to let us know they had one motor left in stock and he was on his way to replace. We appreciated the quick and professional service.

When we initially called the number, the receptionist was very polite and thorough when scheduling for somebody to come out and fix our leaky washer. David and Rigo echoed the good vibes we got from Marisol who initially answered our call, as they came to our home and got the job done. The craftsmanship was great, quick, fairly priced, and exactly what we needed (a couple of other plumbers came and band-aided the issue, but City Base Plumbing RESOLVED it.) Very happy customers, don’t hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

My Backflow system was replaced due to the big freeze. Johnny, the plumber, was awesome! Professional & a technical expert. I’d definitely recommend him & this company for any plumbing problem & will continue to use them myself.

Awesome. Called at 9pm and Was told they would come out around my schedule as I work long hours. Came at 6:30p on time and done by 8:10p. Explained all parts to a single woman who bought a water softener 12 years ago and didn't remember anything.
