He went above and beyond his job and marked where an issue exists on the City's property for them to know where they need to go into the street to repair their portion of the line. Premier Plumbing has been my go-to for years now and they just knocked it out of the park again. My home was never plumbed for a water softener and I wanted to get one installed.Austin came out and gave me different options on water softeners and described what it would take to plumb the house correctly. The following Monday, John and his team came out and did a fantastic job! They had to dig a huge trench in my yard to run pipes from the main water line into the garage, where the water softener would be. I have landscaping (no lawn) and the trench was dug within a pea gravel pathway. The trench was about 9' long x 3' wide x 3-4' deep. When all was said and done, you would have never known the trench was there! They filled the trench back up and raked the pea gravel back perfectly. And they somehow were able to dig underneath the concrete walkway leading to my front door and run the pipe up to the wall of the garage.I absolutely love my new water softener... what a game changer. And, as if all that work wasn't enough, they replaced the two old outdoor faucets that were spraying and wasting water, AND installed a faucet on the hard water line so that I wouldn't need to waste soft water on my patio plants, pressure washing, etc.As always, nothing but an extremely pleasant experience with everyone at Premier Plumbing! My pipes were shaking the previous plumber didn’t install my water heater correctly. They fixed it immediately. Not expensive either. They answer their phone too and are on time.

My wife called this company, because she had worked with the owner's wife some years ago.We had a leak in a fresh water pipe that was built into a slab in an older house. A plumber and helper came in for two 3-4 hour sessions, cutting away wallboard to view the pipes, and then spending several hours on a guess that it was a cold line. Turns out it was a hot line, which probably could have been discovered by turning off each line to check for continued leak.Bill at the conclusion was about $145 an hour for plumber and helper. Seems somewhat high, especially with concern that it could have been determined quicker.Then they gave a quote for running a replacement line. The quote of $1500 seemed high, but I didn't know what they had to do to run the replacement line. It turns out that the same two guys took less than three hours to run a line through the attic. They refused to give any breakdown of time or costs.I guess they saw us coming in this situation. Well, it will be our last time to call this company.There was a suggestion from them of calling somebody else to get a different quote. Sounds like they knew they were excessive. However, the problem with having two different companies in on a project is that if something goes wrong, then each company will blame the other, and neither will take responsibility. Therefore, once Tietze crew started we were stuck with that company.

Fernando came out to my house to check for a possible leak in my guest bathroom. He came in, and immediately got to checking it out. He found the issue was my shower head, and gave me great info to get it fixed. He was very nice and professional. I was able to get an appt with a quick turn around. Definitely will call again for any other plumbing issues.

My water heater started to leak and I thought I would need a new one. AHS assigned A&M Plumbing to the job. I was pleasantly surprised when they said it was a simple fix. There was a leak in the drain valve as it was faulty. They are honest, courteous, and reliable. They had to order the part and they were out 2 days later once the part arrived. I will use them again for additional plumbing needs.

First, they showed up on time. They said they would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and they were here ready to work at that time. The issue was identified, and I was given a detailed description of the problem (without trying to talk over my head by using professional jargon). They showed me the repair cost before they started and gave me a list of packages to decide from. They resolved my plumbing issue in a timely manner and did so with friendly service. I will be using them for all other home repair issues that may arise in the future.
