I've used Chambliss Plumbing several times over the years. They are always professional & friendly. They respond quickly & provide quality work at good value.

I called them this morning for a free estimate and then we went ahead got it fixed because they gave us a good price and even got a senior discount they did fast im so happy with the service I am going to use them again.

Was on hold and they hung up on me!!

I had my main sewer line back up into my house. Jake came out to clear the line that supposedly had just been cleared by another company 10 days prior. Jake and his partner were very professional and courteous he explained everything to me as he did it and no problem with me looking over his shoulder. He ran the auger as far as it would go which was approximately 15 ‘ from the sewer where he pulled out what looked like rags. He then ran the camera down showing me the pipe the whole way when he got to the point the auger stopped he found standing water in the pipe. Thank you for your help I have the city coming this morning to see what my next step is.

Jorge arrived on time and went right to work. It took him no time at all to assess the problems with my dripping shower head and bathroom faucets. The faucets were an easy, quick no-cost fix that he explained what to do to prevent the same problem in the future. He then gave me a written estimate to replace the valve stem in the shower, which I concluded was acceptable, and asked him to go ahead with the repair. Only took him about 20 minutes. Gorge was friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. I really appreciated the tips he gave me on maintaining my plumbing in good shape. As a side note, the front office was very responsive to my initial inquiry and set up my service call for the next day. Great service from everyone at Will’s All Pro.

I had a leak under my house, they came out took care of the job. A week later my water heater went out. They came out made it better than before. They put it up to code and replaced some of the very old lines I had. He even helped me get my lawnmower started. These guy are a class act. Explained everything they did, walked us through everything. I will call them again and recommend them. You guys really are ROCKSTARS!!

Awesome job.. Came same day.. told us what we needed and fixed within an hour or so. Very reasonable and will be using them in future! If you're in Stone Oak/Timberwood they are great!

Y'all Not Gonna Believe This!! My daughter was out of town while I babysat her house in Oakview Heights during the big freeze. Unfortunately she had frozen pipes, so she filed a claim w/ her insurance while still out of town. They basically told her take anyone you can get, they're swamped. The plumbers called and came over and did their thing. Simply put, turned water off/on and cut patches of drywall along 1 wall front to back. Eureka!! They found 4 leaks where pipes had burst from the freeze, both hot/cold water pipes. They made it look easy and had all the proper tools, some I'm going to put on my Christmas list, and in about 2.5 hours were done. No leak, and we now have running water both hot & cold.Now for the good part......$0 charge. They were also going to send paperwork to the insurance company showing $0 charge also but will itemize the work, labor, parts to show the leak(s) was fixed. All they wanted from us was to write a review of them on Google, and/or pay them what we could, when we could. Are you serious? was my response, their response was they couldn't get out to do repairs the past 4 days due to the weather and roads and they felt bad for the community, so this was their way of giving back. Um, who does this nowadays.....I'd give them a 10 star rating if it went that high! Unbelievable!!!! Don't worry, I will be sending them a major check for their services...............

This is an outstanding company. Mark goes out of his way to exceed expectations. He will explain what he is doing every step of the way . I called Aramendia to fix a leaking valve behind a toilet. They came out quickly the same morning and repaired the work and were ready to go. I had no problems with the plumbing. When I asked about a quote to replace a fan motor on my blower for my a/c & heater, they quickly brought out another truck. They again did the work quickly and with reasonable price. I was so impressed that I inquired about other services and mentioned that I've always wanted a water softener. When the manager (sales guy) came out, problems quickly developed. This guy was a jerk and wouldn't leave without agreeing to a full estimate with a credit app, etc. I recommend their service, but not their sales. We were quickly comforted the next day by management.

If you are looking for a company that prides themselves in customer service, pride in their work, rapid response to your plumbing issues and treats you as the most important customer they have than PlumbSmart is the only plumbing company you need to contact. Cody was very helpful in making sure to resolve my water leak issue. He made sure to walk me through the process and have the leak resolved as quickly as possible to mitigate any further damage. Definitely recommend this company.
