Water heater installation was difficult due to water damage to plywood floor. Initial install wasn’t satisfactory, but the install was quickly corrected. The company owner took personal responsibility for the repair. I have used Chambliss Plumbing for years. They do an exceptional job for a fair price.

Our Air Conditioner would not cool after a lighting strike. They quickly found a damaged electrical board. The technician Chris replaced the board and checked out the rest of the system. Luckily nothing else was damaged. The air conditioner is running great again, great service.

We had issues with our water heater, our water heater company called out City Base Plumbing. It was the most Professional and Friendly service we have ever had. Angel was the tech that came out and he was Amazing. Angel walked us through everything that he was checking, very thorough, explained every detail. All I can say is Amazing service. Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Thank you to Eddie, Marc and Chris. They did excellent work. Came in, identified the issues, fixed the PRV and expansion tank. They replaced my entire hot water pipes as they were the wrong pipe material and leaking everywhere. Should last a while and lower the water bill.

I was looking for a second opinion because the first plumber we used was not the best. From day one Rafaela let me vent and reassured me every step of the way until the technicians could get out to the house that they would be able to help me. She gave me an estimate of what I needed to be done, which made me feel more comfortable because the previous plumber charged us $1,100. But the estimation from this company was only a quarter of that price. Even after a mishap from the Air mitigation time from another company Rafaela was able to dispatch a team to the house to do a quick valve replacement. The team that came out to do the valve replacement was Gerald and Craig. Mind you, I just had foot surgery and was mentally drained when they got to the house. Gerald and Craig were very understanding of the frustration I had and eased my mind. They basically made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and that it would be fixed. They did the job so quickly, and we were able to turn the water back on. I am so grateful for that team because if they did not come out, we would not have been able to shower. The team that came out to run a camera in my pipes to give my insurance an estimation was Luis and Timothy. These two were troopers. I had scheduled the home warranty team, the insurance claim adjuster, and Big City Plumbing at the same time. Luis and Tim were very thorough, upfront, straightforward, forward, and exhausted all means to camera my pipes. I thank god for this company that was able to help my family and me to figure out all these plumbing issues we have. Joe Enriquez was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about my water pressure that seemed to low. He told me that the prv is the value that controls my water pressure. Joe adjusted the valve and I had great water pressure thru out my house. Joe saved me a lot of money by just adjusting the value instead of replacing the value. Thank you Joe.
