Who knew that it would be almost $500 just to sneak a drink just to find out that it was a soft clog very expensive I don't think I would use them again I should have searched around but because I was desperate and you could even see desperation on my face it's almost like they just get straight to the price he didn't even bother to check first what was going on and then we're trying to attempt to see if you could take the toilet off but yet we never even got to the first repair to see what was wrong with it and he was already trying to add on another $300

Mr Rooter responded to my emergency and arrived before the time limit they quoted. Water Heater was broken and was flooding garage. They immediately stopped the water, got a new water heater and even helped getting the water out of the garage. They were very professional and did a great job. Thank you for helping an old lady. Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Our water heater broke while having family in town over Christmas and A&M Plumbing was dispatched from our home warranty. Marc came out and communicated with the manufacture and the warranty to get the parts ASAP and after 2 days we had the parts and they came out to installed it. We are happy with the install and the prompt service we got from them.Definitely recommend this company to anyone who need plumbing service. Super friendly staff with outstanding results.

They were really quick to respond and sent someone out within an hour. They didn't have time that day to do all the repairs necessary, but they did a quick fix to hold me over the weekend until they could come out and do the full repair. Peter was really nice and professional. And when they were done, he took the time to go over some questions I had about future work that might need to be done.

HORRIBLE!!! They came to my home to look at a water leak and bent my faucet and scratched my sink. When I called to complain, he didn't want to take responsibility. He said the person who installed it must have bent it DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
